Welcome to this meditation on navigating change.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

And whenever you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out at your own pace.

And allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful quiet beach,

The sand stretching out before you as far as you can see.

The sun hangs low on the horizon,

Casting a warm golden glow across the sand.

Now turn your attention to the ocean before you.

Notice the waves change gently in front of you.

Notice all the shades of blue in the water,

Dancing across the surface.

From the deep dark blue at the horizon to the shimmering turquoise,

Clear water closer to the shore.

Feel the gentle rhythm of the waves as they roll in and out,

Crashing softly against the shore.

With each wave,

It touches your feet and gently washes over you.

Imagine it carrying away any fears or doubts you may have about the changes you're currently facing in your life.

Think about any fear or doubt and then visualize a wave washing that fear or doubt away from you.

Take a deep breath and inhale the salty sea air,

Allowing it to fill your lungs and awaken your senses.

Feel the warm sun on your skin,

Comforting you as you stand at the edge of the water.

Feel the sand beneath your feet,

Making you feel grounded and connected to the earth.

Visualize yourself anchoring your feet firmly into the ground,

Rooting you in this present moment.

Like the waves,

Everything in life is always changing.

When you look at the ocean from afar,

It seems like a solid blue landscape that stays the same.

But the closer you get,

The more movement you see and you notice that it's always in this dance of change.

Just like the ocean has high and low tides,

We also have our ups and downs,

And we are also constantly changing.

Know that you possess the strength and resilience to navigate these waters of change with grace and ease.

Trust in yourself and in the journey that lies ahead.

As you continue to breathe at your own comfortable pace,

Feel a sense of calm washing over you like a soothing breeze.

Allow this calmness to enter every cell of your being,

Soothing your nervous system and bringing you a sense of peace.

Take a moment to connect with your inner wisdom,

Allowing it to guide you forward with clarity and confidence while you navigate the changes.

With each breath,

Tell yourself,

I am capable.

I am resilient.

I embrace change with an open heart.

I am capable.

I am resilient.

I embrace change with an open heart.

Now envision yourself stepping forward into the unknown with a sense of curiosity and excitement for the possibilities that lie ahead.

Feel a renewed sense of hope and optimism,

Filling your whole body as you embrace this journey of change.

Take a few more deep breaths here,

Soaking in these feelings.

Change is a natural part of life,

And while it can sometimes feel daunting and overwhelming,

It can also present us with opportunities for growth and transformation.

Remember,

You are capable of navigating change with grace and ease.

It's part of your inner nature.

Trust in yourself and in the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently move your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes and return to the space around you.

Take your time to transition back to your day.
