Welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable position and allow your body to settle naturally.
There's nowhere to get to right now.
There's nothing to solve,
Nothing to figure out.
Just this moment for yourself.
Let's get started with a few slow deep breaths in and out at your own pace.
Slowly breathe in.
And breathe out.
Do this a couple more times.
And while you do this,
Let your shoulders soften.
Relax your jaw.
Soften the muscles around your eyes.
If you haven't closed your eyes yet,
This is the perfect time to do so if you feel comfortable.
Allow your body to receive the message that in this moment you are safe.
Now I invite you to imagine yourself standing in the middle of a desert.
The air is warm.
The sky stretches endlessly above you.
It feels quiet,
Open,
Still.
As far as you can see,
You see the sand all around you.
This endless desert.
And you begin walking slowly through the sands.
And as you walk.
Notice how your mind wants to search the horizon.
Your mind is looking for answers,
For direction,
For certainty.
Searching the sky for clarity.
Maybe this feels familiar to you.
The constant thinking,
Questioning,
Trying to understand everything.
But now imagine gently stopping.
And instead of looking outward,
Searching for answers.
You begin looking down.
Look at the ground beneath your feet.
Feel the scent in between your toes.
Look toward yourself.
And take some slow steps forward,
While you look at your feet in the sand.
Then something pulls you to stop.
And you kneel in the sand.
You feel like something is waiting for you there,
Underneath the sand,
Underneath the surface.
Your hands softly brush the surface.
Pushing the sand away.
And you notice something beneath it.
A small shimmer.
As if something is buried there.
Nothing dangerous,
Nothing overwhelming.
Just something that has been forgotten.
Waiting for you to discover it.
You feel that it's something beautiful and important.
So you begin clearing the sand slowly.
Without rushing.
And little by little.
Look what shows up.
A beautiful,
Colorful,
Sparkling gem begins to emerge from beneath the surface.
You touched a gem.
And it feels warm.
Radiance.
Feels alive.
Notice the colors.
Notice the energy.
Somehow this gem feels familiar.
It radiates some sense of inner calm and empowerment at the same time.
This gem represents a part of you.
That has always existed.
A part of you beneath the pressure.
Beneath the overthinking.
Beneath the self-protection.
Part of you that is expressive.
Playful.
Creative.
Free.
Alive.
This is not something you need to become.
It is something you are remembering.
Notice how your body responds as you sit with this beautiful discovery.
Do you feel any softness or emotion?
Do you perhaps feel expansion?
Some warmth in your chest.
Or maybe you just simply feel curiosity.
There's no right way to experience this.
Whether you see a vision,
You feel something,
It doesn't matter.
You just know it's there.
Now imagine placing your hands gently on the top of this gem.
You can feel the energy.
And as if this gem could speak to you,
You silently say to yourself.
I don't need to force myself to become someone else.
What is true within me can emerge safely.
Just like this gem,
I can uncover myself gently.
I do not need all the answers right now.
I am learning to trust what I feel.
Now imagine that the energy and light of this gem connects with you.
With the version of you that feels fully alive.
The version of you that laughs freely,
Moves freely,
Creates and expresses.
Notice what it feels like.
It's not about what it looks like.
There's nothing to achieve here.
Just focus on how it feels in your body.
And let yourself breathe that feeling in by taking a deep breath.
In and out.
And understand this.
You do not need to uncover everything today.
This is not about digging into the sand to discover more.
It starts with finding something at the surface and starting from there.
This is about creating enough safety for what is already within you to slowly merge.
Like uncovering something precious beneath the sand.
Not with pressure,
But with presence.
Now take one more deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Now it's time to leave this hidden gem behind for now.
But know that you can always come back to this place to reconnect and uncover more.
Begin noticing the surface beneath you again.
If you want,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Notice the room around you.
Feel the presence.
Listen to any sounds you can observe.
And take another deep breath in and out at your own pace.
And whenever you feel ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
My name is Vele and I hope to meditate again with you soon.
Have a beautiful rest of your day.
