Welcome to this evening meditation.

This is your moment to unwind,

To soften and to release the day.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down or sitting upright with your back supported.

Let your body rest in a way that feels natural and easy.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel how your body begins to settle,

Like the way the ocean grows still at sunset.

Now bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the simple rhythm of your breath.

Each inhale invites calm,

And each exhale releases the weight of the day.

Feel the ground or the bed beneath you.

It's steady and it's holding you.

You don't have to hold anything right now.

Start from your feet and let them relax completely.

Now let that relaxation travel upward to your legs,

Your hips,

Your belly.

Feel your shoulders melt a little closer to the earth.

Relax your jaw,

Soften your eyes,

And allow your forehead to smooth.

With every exhale,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into rest.

Your breath like a gentle wave,

Washing over your body,

Carrying away everything that doesn't belong.

Now imagine yourself standing near a quiet lake under the evening sky.

The water is calm,

And you see the reflection of the moonlight as a soft shimmer.

The air feels cool and comforting.

As you look at the lake,

Imagine that it holds infinite space.

It's like a mirror for you.

It's a mirror for peace and release.

Visualize yourself gently placing your day into the water of the lake.

Place all the conversations,

The to-do lists,

The thoughts that linger,

And watch them float like small paper boats,

Softly carried away by the ripples.

With every breath you take,

Another moment of the day is released,

Without any effort,

Just gracefully.

With this release,

You're not losing anything important.

You're simply giving it back to life,

Trusting it will all unfold as it's meant to.

Now notice the stillness that remains,

A spacious,

Quiet calm within you.

The day is complete.

You are whole.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly,

Feeling your body soften even more.

Let the following words sink in quietly.

I release what no longer needs to be carried.

I trust the flow of life to hold what I release.

I am safe to rest,

To receive,

And to simply be.

There's nothing left to fix,

Nothing to figure out.

There's only this moment and the peaceful rhythm of your breathing.

If you are preparing for sleep,

Let your awareness dissolve gently into your dreams.

And if you're simply unwinding for the evening,

Rest in this calm space for as long as you need.

The day is done.

You've done enough.

Now it's time to let go.

Thank you for meditating with me today.

My name is Vi,

And I hope to see you again in one of my other meditations.

Have a beautiful evening and a beautiful night.
