My name is Samantha Linden.
Today is going to be a meditation and this will allow you to amplify your attracting power.
You're going to be able to align yourself with that love and energy from that universe that goes between the universe and yourself to make the changes that you desire.
Manifestation lies within all of us as long as we're willing to release that energy with the details of what we want.
We want to be as specific as possible so that it knows what it wants from us.
It's just simple mindfulness techniques.
It helps give us the power to the universe.
As I go through,
I'll give you more details so that you will not only be able to do it in this meditation today,
But you can use these techniques for yourself going forward so that anything that you want to be able to do,
You can sit by yourself and use these three simple techniques that I'm going to be doing with you so that whether they are small or whether they are big,
That you will be able to do them.
They can be very small things as well.
They don't have to be these big dreams or desires.
I use simple manifestation in my daily practice at the end of each day to set what I would like my day to look like.
And so just using a few minutes with some of these simple techniques,
This can help set your tone for how your daily practices will go.
So on top of your bigger goals and aspirations.
So what I will do is,
For example,
I also do that with travel to visit my family.
I'll use that because I transfer planes.
My second plane goes into a little tiny airport that only holds about five people to help with not having delays or anything like that.
Putting those extra details of what you want from the universe helps with things like that as well.
With that,
Let's go ahead and get started.
Hopefully that gave you some ideas of little things or big things of how you can set your goals.
If you are struggling with things like that and saying,
I'm not really sure what I want,
Think of what you might want either today or tomorrow with just some little things.
Whether it's going out to dinner with some friends or even somebody in your family,
Just if you've been struggling with the relationship,
Having a peaceful dinner,
Things like that.
Or just if you've been having a hard commute and into work every day,
How it can be more pleasant.
Go ahead and find that comfortable position and just allow yourself to get comfortable and into a quiet space.
This can be sitting,
But you can also lie down with it.
Allow yourself to be in that quiet space because this will allow you to have that love and energy come in from the universe so that you can manifest those changes of desire in your life and just amplify that attracting power.
Just making sure you're completely comfortable that you won't be disturbed.
As I mentioned,
That ability to manifest just lies within every one of us.
Every one of us can achieve our goals,
Our desires,
Our happiness,
And everything that we want to achieve.
We just need to open that power,
Give these details to the universe,
Let them know what we want to achieve,
What our goals are,
And taking these simple techniques through mindfulness and meditation helps to amplify this and gives us the power to do it.
And it's not about clearing your mind like it's often told for mindfulness,
As we have the power in our mind to find these reasons.
It's training your mind to perform exactly how we intend it to instead of allowing the mind to drag us around.
The most helpful thing that all of us have access to at any time during the day is our breath.
So at any time you're getting worked up or stressed,
Take this time to just breathe.
Go into the power that you have as our breath has been here since the moment you were born,
And it keeps us alive every single day.
So by honoring your breath and we set our intentions,
It creates this powerful experience within us.
Let's start by setting the intention to manifest the changes you desire in your life.
Making that strong statement either within your head or if you want,
You can say it out loud.
Just say to yourself,
I manifest the changes that I desire.
And again,
I manifest the changes that I desire.
And so let's honor our breath now by taking five significant and dedicated breaths to these changes and fully inhale,
Expanding your belly and chest as much as you can,
And just hold for a moment.
And then exhale,
Just feeling a way out of your body.
Just feeling a wave of relaxation sweep over you.
And then inhale again,
Feeling the entire breath,
Fresh air,
And hold it again.
And then exhale,
Notice the wave of relaxation just gently sweeping over you.
And then take that third inhale just so deeply that you're brimming with air,
Taking a moment at the top to soak in the life force we call oxygen.
And exhale,
Notice your body relaxing in so many areas without any effort from you.
And your fourth,
Fully inhale the life force,
Feeling these breaths purifying your entire body now.
And then exhale,
Not trying to force anything,
Just simply notice how you are feeling.
And then our fifth and last breath,
A full and beautiful breath,
Coming in and hold it,
Feeling the goodness of the simple task as you exhale,
Allowing the wave of relaxation again to sweep over you.
So just take a moment to know how you're feeling in this moment.
You have this abundance of oxygen in you.
This is how we were truly created by the universe,
Breathing deeply and fully in the expression of self-compassion.
It's here that you reunite with the universe,
With love,
And let your breath be natural.
But notice how the abundance of oxygen feels.
Now,
This is your new tool that you will use anytime you want to manifest any reality that you desire.
If you feel any kind of lack of motivation or any negative in our talk,
I just want you to take these five deep,
Natural,
And powerful breaths,
These pauses,
And allow yourself to breathe and relax.
Take in these dedicated breaths and clarify and amplify your health.
So the next time you catch yourself at a standstill,
Take these five healing breaths,
And then you can go into this recipe of manifesting three simple steps for manifesting.
These three simple things you will do is desire,
Dedication,
And trust.
And again,
Desire,
Dedication,
And trust.
And so the first ingredient of desire is manifestation.
You want to know what it is that you desire so greatly that is clearly on your path that you need to get there.
Knowing exactly what you are manifesting is important.
If the universe doesn't know what you clearly desire,
It can't give it to you,
And it will wait until you tell it to release it.
So the more details you add to your desire,
The better.
If you say something such as,
I want to be happy,
It doesn't know what happiness means to you,
So you have to give it the ingredients it needs in the recipe.
When you journal,
You write down your aspirations and goals.
When you put in your to-do list,
You put when you need it done,
The dates,
The exact times,
When it needs to be accomplished.
So when your manifestation comes in,
You need to do the same during this.
You need to set the exact date as when your goals are,
When you need it to be met,
As if you're writing it down in a journal.
You need to put it in the order firmly so the subconscious mind knows what steps are taking action.
So take a moment to think about your dreams,
Your aspirations,
And see as many details as possible.
Play these in the reel for the universe to know.
Play it as if it's a movie that you're in.
See yourself getting there,
Achieving these desires.
Who's around you?
What environment are you in?
If you're purchasing a house,
Who's with you when you're signing the contract?
What does the house look like?
What's the city?
What's the colors and the textures?
What's the furniture look like in the new house?
What's the date?
What's the month?
What's the weather look like?
All these things helps it come together better,
And I'll give you some time to think about some of this.
And the second part of our ingredient is dedication.
Only you can put in the effort to take the steps towards your desires,
Network with others,
And motivate yourself to practice meditation techniques every day to get there.
It's great to have these goals,
But you have to be part of the universe's plan.
So if you say,
I want to be happy by being in a new relationship,
But you never go out or you don't get on a dating app or any of those things to help the universe and part of that plan of how you're going to do it,
The universe can't give it to you.
You need to help the universe get there.
So again,
In your reel,
If that was part of your goals and aspirations,
You need to tell it how it's going to help you do it.
Your goal was to get on one of the dating apps and find your next relationship in there.
You need to help the universe get there.
It cannot do these goals and aspirations by itself and also have the dedication to be part of it.
Also part of the dedication too is you can have a lot of little goals.
As I was telling you earlier,
Part of my goals is I set little ones every single day.
So you do not need to have one big goal and just manifest that every single day.
They will not come immediately,
Allow the time for the universe to release that when it's ready,
But you can revisit them in your meditations and that is a good thing to do.
But as a little kid does not give up on their goals,
You should not be disappointed as well.
And so that is part of your dedication and part of your meditation as well.
So just take a moment and just notice as part of that dedication of how you feel when you achieve these goals.
Are you smiling?
Is your heart happy?
Who are you around?
If you wanted to get that next big job,
Who is the first person that you told?
Did you tell them in a phone call?
Was it over text?
Were you jumping up and down?
How does that all feel to you when you got that goal?
Take some time to play that real of your life and achieving those goals and how it feels to you.
And then that last ingredient is trust.
And that's the easiest part.
You just simply let go and trust the universe.
You release these and trust that they will allow this for you.
You completely let go,
Not thinking too hard about the things you have to do to bring it all together and have the confidence that things will always fall into place perfectly.
Perfectly.
You must know with certainty that your goal is obtainable.
So have faith that the universe is there to support you.
If for some reason it did not happen immediately,
There might be a reason it did not.
So the universe will be there to support you.
So just trust in the universe and leading you in the right direction.
So just take a few moments now to really trust your desires becoming those realities.
And notice how you're feeling right now.
And I want you to say to yourself,
And again,
This can be in your head,
Or if you're feeling good,
You can say this out loud.
I know I can achieve my aspirations.
Again,
I know I can achieve my aspirations.
I deeply believe in myself.
I deeply believe in myself.
I see clearly how my goals and aspirations are attained.
I see clearly my goals and aspirations are attained.
I have a great desire to manifest my aspirations.
I put in daily dedication that is required of me.
I put in daily dedication that is required of me.
I always believe in myself.
I always believe in myself.
I always believe in myself.
I always believe in myself.
I always believe in myself.
I trust the love and energy of the universe.
I trust the loving energy of the universe.
And as I've been mentioning,
Visualizing is an extremely powerful way to manifest your goals and desires.
So now just take another moment to manifest what you have attained by achieving all that you desire.
Just see yourself vividly in your mind,
The goals that you've been manifesting today.
Visualize this all with great detail,
Seeing this all in that movie clip,
In that real yourself with your intentions fulfilled.
Just notice what it looks like and who you're talking to once you're living this new life.
The more details you can add,
The better.
Just see in your surroundings,
Such as where you are,
Any places that you're in,
Who is around you,
Anything you're wearing,
Anybody that you're celebrating with,
Any food that you're eating because of it.
Just take some moments to vividly see yourself after these goals have been achieved in this new person that you have become because of achieving these desires as you are achieving your life for the better.
So I just want you to remember that to honor your breath every single day,
By taking a moment to just fully breathe in and out every single time that we need to calm the breath.
As we start to come to a close,
I want you to just breathe deeply and know that you can do this any time you need to take focus to your dreams,
Your desires,
And know that you have the power to set your goals,
To set your intentions,
And take control of your life and your emotions,
That the universe is here to support you.
Just remember that you have a recipe here for desire,
Dedication,
And trust,
And that's all you need.
And you can repeat this,
Desire,
Dedication,
And trust.
So when you are ready,
Just slowly come back to the environment.
