Feeling your feet connected down into the surface beneath you as you take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out deep conscious breath in and a long slow breath out imagine now a gentle warm light beginning to glow at the center of your being this light is your inner wisdom your source of positivity and motivation as you take a deep breath in breath in and out allow that light to expand beginning to fill your chest and the entire body bringing a sense of calm and clarity this light represents your potential and your ability to create and achieve with grace and kindness reflect for a moment on your desire to be productive see it not as a burden or a race but as an opportunity to express your true self and contribute to the world embrace the idea that being productive means aligning with your goals dreams and values and bringing your unique gifts to the forefront visualize now a peaceful and organized space within your mind here your tasks are clear your priorities are aligned see yourself moving through your day achieving your tasks each action flowing naturally from one to another you are focused yet flexible let go of your need to be perfect understand that every step you take no matter how small is valuable and significant celebrate every step mentally say to yourself i am capable i am organized i feel confident in my capacity to achieve and i love how each task brings me closer to my goals with each affirmation trust that you have the strength and wisdom to achieve trust that you have the strength and wisdom to navigate any tasks and obstacles that come your way bring into mind one goal or task you want to focus on see it clearly in your mind's eye and imagine now taking the necessary steps to accomplish it and visualize a process is smooth and enjoyable filled with moments of insight and joy take a breath in and out knowing you are capable organized and you are patient with yourself and now gently open your eyes
