This meditation is an invitation to return to stillness,

To presence,

To light.

Find a comfortable position and allow your breath to move naturally.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to force,

Just a gentle rhythm of you being here.

Allow each inhale to root you into this moment.

And each exhale,

Release what no longer serves you.

Walk through life with kindness in your words,

Your thoughts,

Your actions,

Even when others forget their softness.

May you remember yours.

Be steady in your body and spirit.

Stand tall,

Yet remain flexible,

Like a tree that bends but never breaks.

Find contentment in small moments,

The warmth of the sun,

The quiet before dawn,

The knowing that you are enough.

When challenges arise,

Discipline is not a burden.
