Hello and welcome.

I invite you to find a comfortable position and allow your body to settle.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long steady breath out through your mouth.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

There is nothing you need to prove in this moment.

Rather than asking,

What should I do this year?

Gently ask yourself,

What fills the mind for me right now?

Taking a moment here to notice what arises,

Not as a thought,

But as a sensation in your body.

Now bring one goal to mind,

Not the one driven by pressure or comparison,

But the one that feels steady,

Realistic,

And supportive.

Notice how your body responds as you imagine taking small consistent steps towards this goal.

Does your breath deepen?

Does your posture shift?

If tension appears,

Simply acknowledge it without judgment.

Alignment does not require force.

Breathe in clarity.

And breathe out urgency.

Imagine yourself honoring this goal in simple,

Sustainable ways.

Showing up imperfectly.

Returning even when motivation fades.

I invite you to repeat silently,

I move forward with intention,

Not pressure.

My goals are allowed to support me.

Take one more slow breath in.

And exhale,

Trusting that aligned action will unfold in its own time.
