Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
And just for you.
We're going to take some deep breaths.
See if we can come back to our awareness.
To our center.
To our joyfulness.
That being said,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up.
Whatever you like.
Open the eyes or leave them closed.
Whatever you like.
Beginning to witness and welcome all that's inside you in this moment.
The thoughts,
The emotions,
The sensations.
All is welcome.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears.
Softening the face.
Relaxing the jaw.
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Exhale,
All life,
All energy.
Breathing in compassion.
Exhale,
Understanding.
Breathing in kindness.
Breathing in intuition.
And exhaling with awareness.
Exhale,
Expanding love,
Deepening love inside.
Every cell in the body breathing out.
Breathing up the spine.
To be totally free.
As you look in at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware of your aliveness as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Clear your mind as you breathe in.
The color for today is blue.
