Relax,
Come back to our center.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down and sit down.
Open the eyes.
Close the eyes for that view,
Bye.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground.
So you take a deep breath in.
A deep,
Bright love.
Breathe again,
New life,
New energy.
Excellent.
Every sound,
The body breathing in.
To every sound of the body breathing out.
Breathing in chest.
Exhale,
Expanding the chest.
Feeling the energy of trapped breath in the body and mind,
Melting away weary spirit.
Breathing compassion.
Excellent.
Didn't it,
Love?
And exit.
Breathing in backwards.
And exhale.
Feeling yourself more grounded,
Centered.
Take a little deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead softening the shoulders,
Softening the chest Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Taking a deep breath in.
A deep breath out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
You Peace.
In half.
Excellent.
Be in,
And be out.
Becoming aware of your aliveness as you breathe in and breathe out.

The thoughts are busy,
Are quiet,
Noticing that which is able to remain,
Witnessing the unpleasant emotions,
The unpleasant thoughts,
What is aware of that,
Starting to become closer to that,
To put more attention on that,
As opposed to the unpleasant thoughts themselves,
Which are coming and going anyway.
So being aware,
Being present.
And sometimes we're going to go so far astray from that awareness,
But even then,
Something is aware that we've been unaware.
Which is very interesting.
So something intrinsic is there,
Already aware.
And with that,
