Hello my friends,

You're tuned in to OMHAKU,

I'm your host MAMUNE,

Back with another music meditation.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Overwhelmed,

Anxious,

Bored,

Restless,

Perhaps even joyous,

Playful,

Peaceful,

Grateful,

Celebratory,

Or somewhere in between,

Whatsoever you feel is A-OK,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond the movement of the mind,

The emotions,

The sensations,

Bringing more consciousness to your posture,

To your body,

To your energy,

Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever is inside,

And exhale,

Expanding love,

Deepening love inside,

Becoming more receptive,

Feeling your presence as you breathe in,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Way to stay with it my friend,

So happy you enjoyed me today.

Way to show up for yourself,

Way to take care of yourself,

That's the way.

Breathing in awareness,

And exhale,

Expanding awareness.

Breathing in compassion,

And exhale,

Expanding compassion,

Deepening compassion inside.

The color for today is orange,

The number.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness.

Sometimes we can be very attached to the waves of emotion,

The waves of energy,

The waves of thought,

That we forget there's something very still underneath the waves.

If you just contemplate the ocean,

You can see there's a lot of movement on the surface,

But below the surface of the ocean,

There's depth,

There's stillness,

Silence.

And that is the same with our inner world,

Our inner ocean,

Waves on the surface,

But if we can go beneath that,

We can feel a lot of space,

A lot of quietness,

A lot of stillness.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
