Welcome my friend,
You tuned in to OM HAKU.
I'm your host Mambu,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed by life,
Depressed,
Ashamed,
Experiencing self-hatred,
Self-doubt,
A lack of motivation,
Unclear about where to go next,
What to do,
What not to do,
Feeling fed up with your mind,
With your emotion,
Experiencing regret,
Addiction,
Lack of limitations,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Love,
Peace,
Tranquility,
Harmony,
Balance,
Playfulness,
Patience.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of our pain and come back to live in the unfolding of our day.
It's not easy to trust,
But that's why we're here practicing.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you sat,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking inside,
Witnessing and welcoming your mind as it is.
As you take a deep breath in,
As you breathe in,
Bathe in yourself and exhale,
Letting go of the worries about the future.
We can come back to those,
But putting them to the side for now,
Relaxing the hands,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
Exhale,
Feeling more grounded,
More centered,
Coming back to the limitless nature of who you are.
Take a deep breath out,
Breathing in slow and soft,
And exhale even slower,
Even softer.
Keep going,
Believe in yourself.
Beauty of this life,
Even when it's hard,
Even when times are dark,
Believe in the light that's within you.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the mind,
Allowing it to unwind as you breathe into the heart.
And exhale,
Opening the heart,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you sat.
As you take one last deep breath for now,
And a deep exhale.
The color for today is green.
The number is seven billion.
It's a tree frog.
Thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
Sending you my dear,
Dear love,
My dear,
Dear friend.
Trust is not easy.
Love is not easy.
If it was,
We'd do it all the time.
We would be in that state all the time.
So the importance is seeing how we get away from love,
How we get away from trust,
To start to observe the patterns,
To become aware of how it happens that we land in fear and worry,
In negativity and feelings of self-doubt,
Of self-hatred,
To see how that sort of thought process can become so alive in us.
And likewise,
When we do feel trust,
When we do feel love,
How do we get there?
What happened to get us to a state of love,
To a state of trust?
This is what meditation is about,
Becoming more aware,
Not just when we're sitting and we're focused on going inwards,
But moving through our day,
Going through all the challenges and the obstacles,
Seeing how well we can trust,
How well we can be guided by love instead of fear,
By kindness instead of critique,
Accepting and embracing people as they are,
Accepting and embracing ourselves as we are.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
