If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Worried about the future,
Ashamed about the past,
Angry,
Insecure,
Jealous,
Possessive,
Feeling overlooked,
Bored,
Restless,
Sleepy,
Hungry,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Whatsoever you feel today my friend,
Reminding you that you're not alone and that so many people around the world can relate to the same hopes and dreams,
The same fears and insecurities,
Reminding you and myself that we're interconnected.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of your body,
Your posture,
Aware of how you sat,
Noticing how you feel in this moment,
Noticing what emotions are present,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing your inner space,
In the deep breath out,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
Exhale,
Letting go of the past,
Every cell in the body breathing in,
Every cell in the body exhale,
Letting go,
Taking a deep breath,
And letting go with a big exhale,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Letting go of fears,
Worries,
Anxieties,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Inhaling love for yourself,
And exhale,
Letting go of self-hatred,
Self-doubt,
Letting go of meanness towards yourself,
Towards others,
Coming back into the beauty of life,
Coming back into the beauty of yourself,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
And exhale,
Letting go,
Softening,
Releasing,
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes,
As you look in,
Exhale,
Letting go of insecurities,
Breathing in faith in yourself,
Breathing in joyfulness,
And exhale,
Letting go of sadness,
Disappointment,
Coming back to trust,
Trusting yourself,
Trusting life,
Trusting even the challenges we face,
The obstacles,
The friction,
The pressure,
Remember that pressure makes diamonds,
And sometimes we have to pass through a fire,
We have to pass through pressure,
To become more refined,
Breathing in compassion for this process,
And exhale,
Letting go of shame,
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in,
Every cell in the body,
Breathing out,
Softening the chest,
As you open the heart,
Relaxing the belly,
Feeling the heartbeat,
I want you to visualize a warm energy moving through the chest,
Melting away the inner criticism,
Melting away anger,
Frustrations,
Scarcity,
Coming back into the abundance of having a loving heart,
An open heart,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
Taking a deep breath in,
And holding that breath at the top,
And exhale,
Let go,
Becoming empty of breath,
Letting go of all the leftover air in your lungs,
Just be empty,
Empty,
Empty,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
Aware of your presence,
Coming back into your body,
Aware of your posture,
As you breathe in,
Breathing in forgiveness,
Past is past,
It's gone,
The color for today is yellow,
The number is 1500,

It's so difficult to be conscious,
Especially when we're in pain,
The mind goes all over the place when we feel in pain,
So maybe we can start with being aware when we feel good,
When we feel happy,
When we feel at ease,
Relaxed,
We can try to be aware of that feeling,
We can try to be aware of how we're eating,
Walking,
Talking,
A very gentle awareness as we just move about our day,
And as we continue to practice being aware when we're having a good day,
When we're having a good time,
Slowly we can get better with being aware,
Even when we're angry,
When we're afraid,
When we feel self-hatred,
We can become aware and see some space between those feelings in our awareness itself,
Which is untouched,
