Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
And just for you,
If you've been feeling anxious,
Experiencing anger,
Frustrations,
Feeling worried about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Experiencing self-hatred,
Self-doubt,
Loneliness,
Confusion,
Lack of motivation,
Feeling a lack of purpose,
Or perhaps even dreadful.
Whatsoever you feel today is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.

My dear friend,
Does it sound okay?
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture,
Noticing how you're sat,
Bringing to your inner world,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Breathing in trust,
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale,
Letting go of anger,
Self-doubt,
Self-hatred,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner criticism,
Coming back to believing in yourself as you breathe in,
And exhale,
Letting go of insecurities,
Feeling insecurities leave the mind,
Leave the body,
As you come back to this moment,
Feeling your aliveness as you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in,
Breathing in slower and softer,
Dropping down from the head into the heart's base,
Aware of your heartbeat,
Aware that you're alive,
We live to see another day,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
Breathing into the whole body,
Holding that at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
Way to stay with it my friend,
So happy you could join me today,
Despite all the challenges,
Setbacks,
We're still here,
Taking a deep breath in,
For a few moments,
Allowing the mind to be totally free,
So if you've been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind think,
Letting go of thoughts coming back into the body,
Taking a deep breath in,
Taking a deep breath in,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Aware of how you feel,
Aware of your awareness itself,
So take one last deep breath for now,
And exhale,
Let go,
The color for today is green,
The number is 3000,
This is chipmunk,
I almost said squirrel,
But it's a chipmunk,
A bit different,

The feeling of faith,

As opposed to being in self-doubt,
As opposed to being in fear and worries,
Noticing what that feels like,
And noticing what it feels like to be in trust,
To be embracing life,
To be saying yes to life,
To be saying yes to yourself,
