Having the awareness to not limit yourself with your own thoughts and the way that you talk to yourself.

Just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center.
Let go of stress,
Worries.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Know that you're not alone.
So many people around the world that can empathize,
Relate.
If we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life and the unfolding of our moment to moment.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment.
The energy is seeing and welcoming everything as it is.
Letting go of future as you breathe in this moment.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Breathing in love for yourself.
Exhale love for this life.
Self-judgment,
The self-doubt.
As you breathe in trust and exhale deepening that trust inside.
Feeling the energy of trust spread through the body and mind.
Melting away fear.
As you breathe in compassion and exhale understanding,
Patience.
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the feet,
Relaxing the face.
All the little muscles in the face just letting go of tension.
As you become aware of your awareness and hold and exhale letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now it's the time to allow the mind total freedom to think and to roam.
Back into the body as you take a deep breath in.
Folding of life.
As you breathe in.
Know that you're breathing.
Know that you're alive.
We live to see another day but it won't always be that way.
The color for today is red.
The number is 400 and the animal.

Being very mindful of when that dialogue is supporting your process versus when it's just draining you and putting you on a path which feels darker than it needs to be because of the thoughts.
With a little bit of awareness,
Not that we have to turn those thoughts off but we can smile at them,
We can let them go and we can come back into the present moment seeing the moment with more possibilities,
More opportunities.
Seeing that we can try again,
That we don't have to harp on what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow.
We can just try again to be present,
To enjoy.
