Welcome my friend,
I'm your host Marmoon back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed by circumstance,
Stressed out with work,
Fed up with your boss,
Feeling tired of school,
Experiencing loneliness,
Anger,
Fear,
Worries,
Self-hate,
Shame,
Guilt,
Feeling confused,
Unmotivated,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths,
See if we can come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain,
Beyond the fear,
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of your body,
Aware of how your body is positioned,
Bringing more awareness to your posture,
Getting to sit up straight or lie down,
Noticing your space,
Your surroundings,
The temperature,
Sensation of touch.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into sound,
Listening with your whole body.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
Feeling yourself in this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in trust.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of fear.
Feeling fear leave the mind,
Leave the body.
As you breathe in love.
And exhale,
Letting go of self-hatred.
Putting self-hatred to the side.
We can come back to it later,
But for now,
Let's put it to the side.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale,
Letting go of anger,
Disappointment,
Despair.
Breathing in patience.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Relaxing the body,
Letting go of tension.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing your hands,
The palms,
The fingers,
The toes.
Relaxing the belly.
Sinking deeper into the body.
Feeling your heart beat.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing in slowly and softly.
Doing good my friends,
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Aware of your presence.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Exhaling all the leftover air in your lungs.
Just be empty.
Empty,
Empty,
Empty.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Way to stay with it my friend.
I'm grateful that you would join me today.
Despite the challenges,
Despite all the things to be done.
I'm happy that you're here.
Breathing together in this special way.
Going inside ourself.
Looking inside for the cure.
Looking inside ourself for the love.
Looking inside ourself for the strength.
Trust,
Coming back to believing in yourself.

Softening the face.
Opening the heart.

Few moments if your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to let your mind think.
Coming back into this moment.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing in through the nose.
And exhaling out the mouth.

Sometimes we can overlook all of the goodness in our life.
Because we're caught in anxiety,

Anger,
Frustration.
Disappointment,
Shame,
Self-hatred.
I know I can experience all of those things any day,
Any given day.
And then I just overlook something as simple as a sunrise or a sunset.
Something as simple as a good cup of tea.
The singing of birds.
There's all these miraculous things going on.
That if we can just let go of the future,
Let go of the past,
Even for a moment.
And look into what's surrounding us.
There's so much beauty.
The most beautiful things in life often go unseen.
And with that,
