Back with another music meditation just to tune in,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been experiencing stress,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Lack of limitations,
Scarcity,
Feeling misunderstood,
Unmotivated,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Playful,
Thankful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel,
In this moment,
It's A-OK.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,
To come back to awareness,
To come back to love,
To touch some place inside of ourselves that's beyond the anxieties,
The worries,
Beyond the ever changing mood,
Emotions.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can sit up or lie down,
Whatever you like.
Allowing the body to be comfortable as you close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Relaxing the belly,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
And exhale,
Deepening harmony.
Warm energy spreading through the mind and body,
Melting away fear.
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
In every cell of the body,
Exhale,
Letting go.
Feeling a strong energy moving through your body.
Coming back to having faith in yourself,
Faith in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine all the way to the top of your head.
Beam of light shooting up the spine all the way to the top of your head.
I want you to visualize warm liquid light filling the mind.
Breathing this light into the mind.
And exhale,
Feeling this light spread through the heart space.
Feeling this warm liquid light moving through the chest,
All the way down into the belly.
Spreading through the legs,
Spreading through the arms and hands.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Holding the breath for 5,

Exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath.
Feeling your presence as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
So happy you joined me today.
Despite challenges,
Setbacks,
Fears,
We're still here showing up for ourselves.
Taking care of our mind so that we can take care of others.
So we can have more patience,
Compassion,
And understanding for others instead of being judgmental.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Breathing into the heart space.
And exhale,
Opening the heart.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to roam and to think.
Let go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body.
Having love for the body,
All that it does.
Having love for the mind,
All that it does.
Not minding the mind,
But witnessing and welcoming its movement like an old friend.

Being conscious of how we're the same.
Not looking and obsessing about our differences,
Which is very tempting to do.
To look at people and constantly be distinguishing ourselves from them,
Making judgments,
Criticisms.
Instead,
To see how we're the same,
How we're connected.
This is a beautiful practice.
You can almost practice this by when somebody is challenging for you,
When somebody is causing you irritation,
To see that you come from the same source.
It's almost like we're waves of the ocean looking at another wave,
Like,
Wow,
That wave is so small,
So lame.
Look at that wave over there.
It's so big.
Wow,
That wave is huge.
And we're kind of obsessing about the characteristics of these waves as opposed to seeing they were all coming from the same source,
The ocean.
We're the same thing.
And with that,
