Remember that sometimes life takes its own time to unfold and when things don't always work out,
It's a lot of times in our best interest that it doesn't work out.

Come back to a sense of calm.
If you've been stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Depressed,
Bored,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful loving.
Whatsoever your feeling is a-okay.
Getting comfortable,
My friend,
You can lie down and sit down.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Whatever you like,
Whatever is natural.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
All life,
All energy.
Every cell of the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body breathing out.
Breathing in love.
Excellent.
Breathing in chest.
And exit.
Breathing in compassion.
Alright,
Let's go.
Breathing in awareness.
You know what I think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Relaxing the belly.
The arms and legs feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
So take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Deep breaths in,
Deep breaths out.
Breathing you.
Breathing out.
Doing good,
My friends.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing through the lungs.
Excellent,
Good.
Just taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Let it go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to roam and to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Letting go of stress and back into trance and the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Of how you sat,
Your space,
How you feel as you take one last deep breath for now.
Excellent.
Coming for today.
It's violence.
The number is 400 in the animal.
The tiger.

And instead of being thankful for that,
We become disappointed,
Let down.
We have such expectations with life that we become let down.
And instead of trusting it,
Instead of opening to the intelligence of life and allowing it to unfold,
Just being present with it.
