Hello friend,

Thank you so much for choosing to click on this meditation.

Just take this time for yourself,

Find yourself a posture that feels gentle and supported,

Let your body soften into stillness,

Allowing the day to fall away from your shoulders,

And when you're ready,

Let your eyes drift closed,

And begin to let go of the day,

Take a slow unhurried breath in,

And an even softer breath out,

This is your space to settle this evening,

To recalibrate and return home to yourself.

Notice the weight of the body being held,

Feel the steady contact beneath you,

Supporting you,

Without asking anything in return,

Let the shoulders melt a little more,

Let the jaw loosen,

And your belly soften,

Feel the breath moving in and out,

Like a slow tide,

Nothing forced,

Nothing controlled,

Just a gentle rhythm finding its own pace,

Imagine the breath travelling through the body like warm dusk light,

With every inhale,

This light softens,

With every exhale,

It quietly releases the weight of the day,

If any thoughts drift in,

Simply allow them and let them pass through,

Like birds crossing a twilight sky,

No pressure,

No involvement,

Just noticing and letting go,

Now imagine stepping into a cosy,

Peaceful room that is within yourself,

The light is soft,

Warm and golden,

You look around and everything here is designed for your comfort,

There's a chair or a cushion waiting for you and it's perfectly shaped for your body tonight,

Sit down or lie down within this imagined room,

And feel how safe and cosy it feels,

Around you are the quiet details that soothe your nervous system,

A soft blanket draped over a chair,

The glow of a candle,

The crackle of a cosy fireplace,

The hush of the evening air resting against the window,

You are safe here and nothing needs to be fixed or solved,

This room is only for your unwinding,

Only for rest,

Let any tension you've carried today drift down into the room,

And allow it to fall from the shoulders,

The face,

The heart,

As though gravity is gently helping you release,

Now imagine that the window beside you slowly widens,

Not physically opening,

Simply expanding into a greater view,

The cosy room around you begins to blend with a vast,

Starry,

Beautiful night sky,

The walls blur into soft darkness,

You look up at the ceiling and it's become a quiet expanse of stars,

You are still safe,

Comfortable,

In your space and warm,

And yet the universe is all around you,

It's open,

Calm,

Spacious,

Let the stars hold the thoughts you don't want to carry anymore,

Imagine them drifting upward like small sparks of light,

Lifting away into the night sky,

Dispersing and disappearing softly,

You are unburdened from all those thoughts that you don't want now,

Any emotion that feels heavy can rise into that vast expanse,

Into that openness,

Any tightness in the mind can unwind now into the cosmos above you,

The more space you sense around you,

The more space opens up inside of you,

And now slowly feel the cosy room return around you,

The soft light,

The comfortable chair and atmosphere,

The warmth of the fire and light of the candle,

And then feel the room fade,

Returning now to your physical body,

Steady,

Grounded and supported,

Take a slow inhale and a long releasing exhale,

Notice how different your inner space feels now,

And begin to deepen the breath just a little,

Maybe some soft movement in the fingers and toes,

Even a gentle stretch out if that feels good for you,

And now carry this feeling of spaciousness into your evening,

As you wind down for sleep and allow yourself to rest,

Knowing that this day is already behind you,

And whenever you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Your evening of rest begins here,

Thank you so much for joining me this evening,

I really do truly appreciate you being here,

Have a beautiful evening,

Go in peace,

Sleep well,

Namaste.
