Start by finding a position that feels most comfortable for you,

Sitting on a chair or lying down on your back.
The most important thing is that you feel at ease and supported,
So you can fully relax and focus on the practice.
Allow your eyes to gently close and start by taking one nice deep breath in.
Let it be the deepest breath you've taken all day.
Then exhale fully,
Releasing any tension you may be holding in the body.
Gently bring your attention to the soles of your feet.
Notice how relaxed your feet are right now,
How heavy they feel.
They don't have to take you anywhere right now,
So they can fully relax.
Imagine that as you breathe in,
You draw relaxing energy through the soles of your feet,
Letting it travel all the way to the very top of your head.
As you exhale,
Release any tension out through the crown of your head,
Creating space for calm.
Breathe in again,
Drawing relaxation through the feet and letting it flow upward through your body to the crown.
As you exhale fully,
Release any remaining tension through the top of your head,
Allowing your body to melt into the surface beneath you.
One more time,
Breathe in deeply,
Drawing in soothing energy through the soles of your feet.
And as you exhale,
Gently push out any heaviness through the crown of your head,
Leaving your body feeling lighter and more at ease.
Allow the breath to settle into its natural rhythm,
Calm and steady.
Your body knows instinctively what it needs.
There is no need to force or change anything.
Simply let the breath flow as it wishes.
As you rest your attention on the breath,
Follow its gentle movements in and out of your body.
Imagine you are watching ocean waves rolling onto the shore and then retreating back to the vast sea.
When you breathe in,
Visualize the wave rising,
Flowing into your body.
When you breathe out,
Feel the wave retreating,
Carrying away any tension or heaviness.
Let go of any sense of control.
The waves come and go in their own time,
Their own rhythm.
Your role is not to direct them,
But to simply observe and enjoy the natural motion and sound.
