It's a nurturing space for women longing to feel safe in their bodies, and reconnect with their authentic voice and power. Kirana means both “ray of light” and “wisdom.” Karin believes both already live within each person, and her role is to guide them back to these qualities so they can awaken their own inner teacher. Through guided meditations, she invites participants to release old survival patterns, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a profound sense of inner safety and acceptance. She holds that healing can only flourish when individuals feel safe in their bodies, and from this foundation, they can remember their inherent worth, honor their feelings, and begin living from their truth. For those called to go deeper, she offers Body to Spirit, an 8-week mentorship program designed to reconnect women with their physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies. This journey blends science and spirituality, weaving somatic practices, chakra healing, breathwork, and subconscious rewiring. It is intended for women who have survived SA and are ready feel at home in their body, so that they get to feel like themselves again.
