
From Overthinking To Presence | "I Am" Meditation
This meditation is for when you feel disconnected from yourself, caught in your thoughts, or unable to fully arrive in the present moment. Through body awareness and natural breathing, you’ll be guided out of the mind and back into a direct experience of being. As your attention settles deeper into the body, you’ll begin to connect with a subtle but powerful sense of presence, the simple feeling of “I am.” This practice invites you to rest in your own existence, beyond roles, thoughts, or expectations. It’s a space where nothing needs to be fixed, and nothing is missing. As you stay with this sense of being, you may begin to feel more grounded and connected from within. An inner stability can emerge, along with a deeper sense of clarity and peace. This meditation supports you in reconnecting with yourself, calming mental activity, and experiencing a more direct and effortless form of presence.
