This gentle somatic meditation guides you through a process of soft energetic release, helping your body let go of tension, emotional weight, and stuckness in a way that feels safe and supported. By tuning into subtle sensations and following your breath with presence, you'll create space for what no longer serves you to gently dissolve. This is not about forcing or fixing, but about allowing the natural intelligence of your body to restore balance. Perfect for moments when you feel overwhelmed, heavy, or disconnected, this practice invites you to return to your inner clarity and peace, one breath at a time. You are welcome just as you are.

Welcome.

Today's practice is like a gentle inner shower.

You don't have to force anything.

You don't have to dig or analyze.

You're just letting the body clear itself.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Let your spine feel supported.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let the muscles in your face loosen their grip.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth like a soft breeze.

Again,

Inhale and exhale with a sigh.

Once more,

Inhale and exhale with a sigh.

Take a moment to let yourself land.

Now begin to imagine a soft white light above the crown of your head.

It doesn't need to be bright or dramatic,

Just soft,

Subtle,

Like moonlight or early morning mist.

Let this light begin to trickle down slowly,

Like warm water or a quiet rain.

As it touches the top of your head,

Feel a gentle melting begin.

Any tension in your scalp,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Just softening.

You might even take a breath and sigh out.

Let your jaw go loose.

Let your cheeks relax.

Now let the light move down into your neck and shoulders.

Imagine it washing through this area like water over stones,

Carrying away tightness,

Heaviness,

Holding.

No need to push,

Just breathe and allow.

Now bring your attention down to your chest.

Let the white light spread here like a soft mist,

Moving through your ribs,

Your lungs,

Your heart.

You might feel warmth or tingling or nothing at all.

Whatever you feel is perfect.

Inhale into your chest and exhale anything you don't need to carry.

Now feel the light move into your belly.

This is the place we often hold emotions,

Old and deep stuff.

Let the light swirl gently here,

Not scrubbing,

Not digging,

Just clearing,

Like a breeze through an open room.

You might even place your hand here for comfort and say softly,

It's okay to let go now.

My body knows how to release.

Let the light continue downward into your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your thighs.

Anywhere it touches,

Just breathe and soften.

This is energetic cleansing through presence,

Breath and intention.

Now feel the light move into your knees,

Your calves and your feet.

Let everything that's ready to leave simply flow out through the soles of your feet,

Into the ground,

Down into the earth.

Let the earth hold it.

Take a breath and imagine that white light is now flowing through your whole body.

From the crown of your head,

Down the spine,

All the way out through your feet.

Let it sweep away anything you no longer need.

Tiredness,

Overthinking,

Old emotions,

Residue from others.

Now place a hand on your heart or your belly and feel what's shifted,

Even a little.

Take one last breath in and let it go with a soft sound.

Wiggle your fingers and toes if it helps you come back and gently open your eyes.

You've just taken a beautiful step in lightening your body's load.

Let that softness carry you.
