Welcome to this self-acceptance meditation.

Radical self-acceptance is an incredibly powerful practice.

One that brings a deep sense of fulfillment,

Lightness and contentment.

When you learn to embrace yourself fully and unapologetically without bypassing your imperfections,

You discover that there is nothing standing in the way of your growth and healing.

So let's begin.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position for you to sit in or to lie down in.

Let your spine be tall and your shoulders soft and relaxed.

Gently close your eyes and allow yourself to fully arrive here in this moment.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath flowing in and out with ease.

Feel your belly and chest rising and falling.

Feel your heart beating softly in your chest.

Your body is relaxed.

Your mind is at ease.

Now gently bring to mind the moment you entered this world.

Visualize this moment in your mind.

A tiny being pure,

Untouched and full of potential.

And as you grew,

You learned.

You spoke your first words.

You took your first steps.

You laughed.

You played.

You kept growing,

Day by day.

With kindness and curiosity,

Reflect on the beautiful unfolding of your life.

You became a child then a teenager.

Your heart opened.

To new feelings.

You discovered love,

Connection and dreams.

You tried new things,

Explored,

Experimented.

You expanded again and again in so many directions.

And through it all,

You experienced the full spectrum of life.

The joys and the struggles.

The victories and the lessons.

And you realized that everything passes.

The good and the difficult.

Nothing stays the same forever.

And still you kept growing.

Your body grew.

Your mind grew.

Your wisdom.

Your intuition.

Your energy.

All expanding.

With gentleness,

Trace the path of your life up onto this very moment.

Notice just how much you've lived.

How much you've learned.

And how far you've come.

And now,

Here you are today,

Sitting in stillness with all of your experiences gathered within you.

Right here,

You can choose to embrace yourself completely.

Exactly as you are.

Accepting who you are.

How you've been shaped.

Everything you've experienced.

This is your moment to rest in radical self-acceptance.

As you rest here,

Silently or out loud,

Repeat these words.

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

I am perfect exactly as I am.

I love the person I was,

The person I am today and the person I will one day become.

Radical self-acceptance doesn't mean ignoring your imperfections.

It means embracing your whole self,

The light and the shadow,

The beauty and the mess.

So for these next few minutes,

Just be with this deep nourishing feeling of self-love and self-acceptance.

Slowly begin to deepen your breath again.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and softly open your eyes.

Thank you for practicing and enjoy the rest of your day.
