Sacred Earth Practice: Sacred Earth Healing

This is an energy work practice and together we will send healing to our dear planet Earth. We use visualization (imagination) to focus our attention, holding the Earth in our hands before sending her healing energy.

I was rubbing my feet when it started and when you said to hold the earth, I envisioned giving the earth a bath, like a newborn- being held, massaged gently, wiping with a soft cloth, warm water, loving touch.
