I am Jocelyn and I'm just here to help you start your day today.
So simply inhaling through your nose,
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
Two more just like that.
Inhaling through your nose,
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
And one last time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Opening your mouth and sighing it out,
Bringing sound if you'd like.
And I invite you to simply place one of your hands somewhere on your body.
It might be over your heart,
Over your belly,
Over your eyes or your throat.
You might place your hands over your head,
Through your hair,
Maybe on your thighs.
You might hold your hand or you might even give yourself a hug.
But go ahead and do that and just allow your own touch to settle into your body.
And leaving your hand or your hands where they are,
Simply inhale into that space that you're bringing your awareness to and exhale from that space.
Feel your own touch at that space.
Inhaling and exhaling.
You might even feel that place of your body with your hand that's touching.
What does it feel like to touch that place on your body?
Can you feel the temperature of your skin there?
Can you feel your pulse?
Can you feel the pressure that you're putting on that place?
And might you now sense this touch from the place of your body that you're touching?
Can you feel into what it feels like to have pressure at that place?
Or the temperature on that place?
Just inhaling into it and exhaling out of it.
Bringing all your awareness to this place in your body that you were called to bring touch.
And I invite you to ask this place in your body,
What do you need today?
What do you need right now?
What do you need me to know?
And whatever answer you get,
Ask another question.
How can I give you what you need?
And your answer might come as a vibration,
As a word,
As an image,
As a memory,
As an aroma or a scent.
Just allow it to flow through you.
And I invite you to ask,
When I give this to you,
How will it feel?
What will change?
And keeping your hands or your hand where it is,
Relax into the touch that you are giving yourself right now.
You are giving yourself love,
Attention,
Trust,
Connection.
And you are doing it for yourself.
You are building the relationship with your body.
You are building the trust you have in your body.
This beautiful body that is all yours.
And when you're ready,
You can release that touch.
Take another deep breath in through the nose.
Open your mouth and sighing it out.
Simply open your eyes.
Silently to yourself,
Say thank you.
And have a beautiful day.
