Explore MeditationAs a liver transplant recipient and cancer survivor, meditation over the last 10 years has helped Jennie Radhika to find peace again, as well as help ease anxiety and pain. In 2025, she decided to deepen her meditation practice by becoming a Meditation Facilitator. During this journey, she has been inspired to help others by passing on all she has learnt on her journey of illness, healing, and recovery, and the uncertainty it brings. Writing has also helped her process what happened to her, and in 2017, she started writing her blog, sharing her journey of ill health. She is keen to keep telling her story to make others feel less alone.
