You are here.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
There is nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to do.
Remind yourself how powerful you are when you bring yourself to this present moment.
And we find a moment to connect to our breath.
And we bring ourselves to the present moment.
And affirm,
I can relax.
I can calm my body.
I can quiet my mind.
And use your breath to find this relaxed state.
Bring your focus to your inhale.
Bring your focus as you exhale out.
I can calm my mind.
And we do this with our attention,
Our awareness.
We become aware of our thoughts,
Recognizing that they are only thoughts.
And we can allow them to drift away.
This is only a thought.
This is only a thought.
When we calm our body and quiet our mind,
There is more clarity.
We find better focus.
We can find better clarity on what is really important to us.
What really matters.
And so we do that now.
We relax our bodies with our breath.
We quiet and calm our minds.
Your life is so very precious.
Your time so special.
Choose where you want to spend this precious time.
How do you want to live your life?
Can you let go of what isn't important and focus on what is?
And when we relax our body and calm our minds,
We find better clarity.
And we can ask ourselves these questions.
What is important to me right now in this moment?
And bring your awareness to your heart as you ask yourself this question.
What is important to me?
And this might sound like friends.
Maybe for you,
What is important is taking care of the earth,
Being out in nature.
Maybe what's important to you is family.
Maybe it's being successful in your job.
Maybe what's really important is taking care of others.
Maybe in this moment,
What's important is taking care of yourself.
But when we let go of the chatter of what other people are telling us,
What we hear on social media,
When we relax our body,
We calm our mind.
When we gain better clarity,
We can come to our hearts and ask,
What is important to me in this moment?
Now we have a list.
We have an idea of how we need to spend our time today.
And this does not mean that we let go of some of the responsibilities that we have set for the day,
But we can reprioritize just a bit.
We can bring in to your focus.
What's important to you?
And we can add this to the list.
Not in addition to,
But allowing us to let go of what isn't important.
Bring your attention back to the heart space and place your hands onto this precious place.
And let's set an intention.
Let's affirm,
Today I will.
And go ahead and say out loud,
What are you going to do today?
How are you going to live more in alignment with your purpose?
If this purpose is only for today,
How can you bring this purpose to your day?
