Do you have days where you can't stop overthinking?
I know I do.
Yesterday my mind was racing and I felt like it was a runaway train.
I had a pressure in my head and really uncomfortable sensations in my body.
This compounded the overthinking and every worrisome thought felt permanent.
And today,
I actually feel okay.
A bit calmer,
A bit lighter.
How can this be?
Then I remembered something simple but powerful.
Nothing stays the same for long.
Life is always changing.
Emotions,
Challenges or worries.
They move through us like waves.
Sometimes they crash hard and it feels endless.
But storms pass,
Tides recede and we come out the other side,
Often without realizing it.
So when things feel overwhelming,
Remember what feels permanent is temporary.
The mind settles,
The body relaxes and clarity returns.
Change is always happening,
Even when we can't see it.
Every storm ends,
Every day is a new chance to feel lighter.
And if yesterday felt impossible,
Like it did for me,
You can move through it.
Trust change.
