In this session tonight,
I will be sending you distance Reiki and guiding you through a yoga nidra practice,
Then my sound healing frequency music with delta binaural beats and 432hz frequency.
I hope this brings you a beautiful night's rest and you wake up feeling refreshed tomorrow.
This session is specifically created to stimulate your vagus nerve,
The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body and a key part of the parasympathetic nervous system,
Known as the rest,
Digest and healing part of the nervous system,
That helps calm stress,
Slows the heart rate and supports deep relaxation.
When the vagus nerve is stimulated,
It signals safety to the body and mind,
Helping to regulate the nervous system and prepare you for restful deep sleep.
Practices like Reiki,
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing are powerful tools to activate the vagus nerve.
So I invite you now to prepare for deep rest and healing by finding a comfortable position in your bed,
Perhaps fluffing your pillows,
Getting your blankets all tucked in perfectly around you,
So you feel supported,
Warm and held,
Allow your arms to rest softly at your sides,
Palms gently facing up or in any position that feels most nurturing for you and just take a moment to make any small adjustments so that your body can fully let go into stillness.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes and allow your whole body to settle into the surface beneath you.
Feel the surface supporting you completely,
Holding you with safety and care,
There is nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do,
You are here and this time is just for you.
Begin by taking a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
Holding for a gentle pause at the top and release the breath out fully through your mouth,
Letting your body soften and unwind.
Allow the breath to find its natural rhythm,
Flowing in with each exhale,
Feel the weight of the day dissolving,
Every inhale brings in calm,
Every exhale releases what is no longer needed,
Now bring your awareness to your heart center,
From this place of stillness we welcome your sankalpa,
Your heart's deepest intention.
In the yoga nidra practice,
A sankalpa is a short positive statement of truth spoken in the present tense,
Or perhaps another phrase that resonates deeply within you.
Trust whatever comes forward in this moment and silently repeat your sankalpa three times,
Allowing the words to echo through your mind and settle gently into your heart.
Feel the vibration of this truth rooting into your being,
Planting a seed that will continue to grow and support you as you rest.
Now imagine a soft golden light above your head,
Like the warmth of the sun filtering through gentle clouds,
This is the reiki energy flowing to you now from me with unconditional love and healing.
On each exhale,
Feel this reiki light descend gently through your body,
Pausing with care at each place that it touches.
The crown of your head,
Feel the top of your head begin to soften,
As if a warm hand is resting gently there.
Your forehead,
Releasing the tiny muscles around your eyes and eyebrows,
Letting your eyes sink back into rest.
Your cheeks,
Jaw,
And mouth,
Allowing your whole face to soften,
As if smiling inwardly.
Your throat and neck,
And the light of reiki clears the pathway of your voice,
Your truth,
Your ease of breath.
Now the light drifts into your shoulders,
Melting tension and dissolving heaviness.
Let it flow slowly down your right arm,
To your elbow,
Your wrist,
Into your palm,
And into each finger,
Until your entire arm glows with healing energy.
And shift to your left arm,
The reiki flows into your shoulder,
To your elbow,
Your palm,
And each finger.
You are alive now with light,
Completely at rest.
The reiki energy moves into your chest,
Soothing the heart and lungs.
Each breath softens,
Your heartbeat slows,
Into a natural,
Steady rhythm.
Moving down into your belly,
Feel the warm light of reiki,
Gently activating the vagus nerve,
Sending it a clear message.
It is safe to rest.
It is safe to let go.
Each inhale expands the belly softly.
Each exhale empties out tension.
Now the reiki light pours into your hips and pelvis,
Releasing any holding there.
Down through your legs,
Then down through the left leg,
Until your whole body is bathed in reiki light.
Every cell,
Every organ,
Muscle and bone,
Your whole body is cocooned in this reiki energy.
Feeling safe,
Supported,
And ready for deeper stillness.
Now we begin a slow rotation of awareness.
Simply listen and gently follow with your awareness.
To your right side thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Little finger,
Ankle,
Heel.
Sole of the foot,
Second toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
Back of the body,
Left buttock.
Middle back,
Right shoulder blade,
Left shoulder blade,
Back of the head,
Nostrils,
Throat.
Center of the chest,
Now expand your awareness to sense the entire body at once.
Your whole being filled with reiki light.
Every cell bathed in stillness and peace.
At the edge of a calm ocean,
Each inhale is a gentle wave flowing in and goes back out to sea.
As you breathe,
Feel the reiki energy move like the tide,
Rising and falling with ease.
The waves carry away.
With each breath,
You are lighter,
More spacious,
And more deeply relaxed.
Each wave reminds you,
You are safe.
It is time for sleep.
It is time for rest.
It is time.
