Morning Chakra Balancing Course

Transform your mornings into sacred rituals of self-care on this “Morning Chakra Balancing Course”. Over the next eight days, you will embark on a journey of healing and energetic renewal as you learn about your chakras and start a chakra balancing morning practice to set the tone for a day filled with vitality and balance. On day one we will explore the origins of the chakras, Reiki as a chakra balancing tool & the importance of a morning routing. Then each morning after day one we will focus on a different chakra each day using Reiki energy to balance and align your chakras and your over all energy field. You will learn chakra specific affirmations and while listening to soothing tones and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, specifically attuned to the vibrations of each chakra. By starting your day with a chakra balancing Reiki and sound healing session, you'll set the stage for a day filled with clarity, vitality, and joy. This course is an opportunity to learn about your chakras, Reiki and align your body, mind, and spirit so you can step into each day from a place of deep inner peace and energetic equilibrium. This was a beautiful energy harmonizing course that brought me wonderful feelings of balance and peace. Each session I listened and completed my tai chi/Qi Gong daily sequence while listening. The healing crystal bowls and reiki energy was felt especially in moments of completing Qigong moves of opening the flow, connecting heaven and earth and dancing in the breeze. This was a beautiful Chakra balancing session. I did all the days in one morning session and aligned all my charas at one time. I felt a deep sense of connection and balance, clarity and spiritual alignment. The reiki was wonderful and healing. I will return to this practice regularly.
