This 5-day course is designed to gently guide you into deeper, more restorative sleep by combining proven sleep tips with calming full-body Reiki and Yoga Nidra practices. Each session includes one practical, science-backed habit or tip to help retrain your nervous system and body to associate certain cues—like sound, breath, and stillness—with sleep. You’ll also be supported by Bailey’s delta frequency sound healing music, designed to relax your brain into a restful state. By the end of this course, you’ll feel more at ease in your body and more empowered in your evening routine.
