So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session,
And maybe have a nice blanket handy to keep you warm because as your body relaxes down,
Sometimes its temperature can drop.
So just take a few minutes to settle in.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to close down your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

Really letting your body settle into the surface beneath you.
