Life is more than a little challenging today. We are all encountering our own bumps in the road. By taking the time to surrender to the flow of life, each of us can find our way to navigate to peace. This practice will support you in this journey.

Get yourself into a comfortable position,

Either lying down or sitting down.

Please make sure that your back is fully supported and that your head is fully supported.

Of course,

If you're lying down,

It is.

But if you're sitting up,

Please make sure that your head is free to go down.

Or if it's going to go back,

That you have a pillow behind you.

Make sure everything is comfortable,

Cushed.

Head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Small of your back,

Hips,

Underneath your knees,

Feet,

Ankles,

Anything that you need to have supported,

Please do that.

If you're wearing glasses,

Take them off.

Just remember that this is all about including.

Just include,

Include,

Include,

Include,

Include.

Dogs bark,

Children squeal into light as they run through the sprinklers now that it's warm enough to do that.

Sometimes a phone will ring or vibrate.

And just keep feeling as your body sinks into what is supporting it.

The floor of the bed,

The sofa,

The chair,

The pillows,

Whatever you've got,

Just allowing.

And sink a little further.

Let those muscles you didn't even know you were holding let go.

Just where you're holding,

Your face,

The skin around your skull,

Around your ears.

You holding in your upper arms,

Your shoulders,

Your hands,

Wrists,

Just let all this go.

What about your posture?

You holding your body?

Don't let everything in your core go as opposed to working out where it's a really good thing to work your core.

Right now just let all that go.

Don't let your back muscles go.

There's nothing to hold.

And all of your tummy muscles,

Just let them all go,

Be a blob.

You don't have to be thin or sexy right now,

You get to be a blob.

You don't have to be muscular or in shape right now,

You just get to be a blob.

It's blob time.

Let your buttocks go,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Back,

Front,

Your calves and your shin muscles,

Your ankles,

Your feet and your toes,

Your upper arms,

Lower arms,

Hands and fingers.

And just breathe,

Letting all of it go.

Bringing a great big breath in from everywhere filled with pure white light.

Filling yourself with pure white light with the breath coming in from everywhere.

Hold that breath,

Locate anything at all within you that is not of light.

Gently place whatever that is into that breath of pure white light that is in you.

Sniff in just a wee bit more air and let all of that just fall out of you.

And again,

Breathing pure white light in from everywhere,

On top of you,

Underneath of you,

Front,

Back,

Sides,

Through all of the roundnesses,

All of the nooks,

Crannies,

Crevices,

Pure white light pouring into your body and hold that breath.

Locate anything at all that is left in you that is not of that pure white light.

Gently cradle whatever that is in pure white light.

Sniff in just a wee bit more air and let it go.

This time,

One more time,

Breathing in pure white light from every direction.

Filling every single morsel of you down to the tiniest lip tone and then smaller than that with pure white light.

Notice any last vestiges of anything that is not of pure white light and gently place whatever that is in the light.

Sniff in just a little bit more light and just let all of that go.

And now just breathe.

Breathing pure white light in and breathing pure white light out.

Breath is a circle,

It's also breathing pure white light out and breathing pure white light in.

Seamlessly going around and around,

In and out,

Out and in.

Pure white light all the way.

And now as you do that breathing pure white light in and out,

Add to it,

Surrounding yourself with pure white light.

So you can be aware of pure white light filling all of you physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Eerily,

In wonder and in awe.

You can be aware of pure white light being emitted from you out into the world.

I'm new directionally everywhere,

Everywhere,

Everywhere,

Everywhere.

And that you are completely filled with and surrounded by pure white light.

And who you are is a being of pure white light,

Both within and without and everything in between.

And bring into your consciousness the number nine.

Just feel yourself going deeper.

Nine.

Deeper and deeper.

Eight.

Eight.

Eight.

Deeper and deeper.

Nine.

Six,

Deeper,

Six,

Deeper,

Six,

Deeper,

Deeper,

Five,

Five,

And deeper,

Life has flow you either are being the flow or not it is your birthright to be the flow moving seamlessly in life you are very real your very personal life moment by moment by moment flowing in consciousness flowing in emotions flowing in awareness flowing in being flowing feeling inflow as flow allow yourself to surrender to the natural state of you let go let the river take you notice that when you let go let it flow it is without effort notice if there is a rock or a branch or a person on the banks of the river that you would like to grab a hold of and surrender back into the flow inside the flow being the flow you are all that you are you are pure love you are harmony you are balance you are humor you are joy you are play you are simply being in your kindness and awakeness as the flow you have the ability to notice when you grab the hold of a particular branch and the river swirls around you rather than you being the river notice whatever it is that you wish to latch on to or have latched on to and just let go and let yourself be carried by the river for you are the river and the river is you begin to notice where you have expectations either inherited from others or self-imposed and let go simply let yourself be love let yourself be kindness let yourself be making a difference in the lives of others let yourself be compassion compassion let yourself be harmony let yourself be balance let yourself be universal breathe in breathe out let yourself be being you I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine as I do allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers when I say the number nine gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body in the room that you are in one two three feel your conscious mind rising four five six begin to feel yourself in your body where and how you are sitting down or lying down seven eight nine gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body in the room that you are in as the flow
