Get yourself into a position where you're comfortable.

Just comfortable.

Find your way into feeling supported.

Feel your body fully,

Fully,

Fully supported wherever you're sitting or lying down.

And sink into that support.

And notice where you're holding on to anything.

How's your breathing?

Are you breathing all the way to the bottom of your lungs?

Or not?

If you are,

Continue that.

And if you're not,

Start that.

Are you holding on to anything with your shoulders?

Let that go.

Anything on your face or around your skull.

Sometimes it's tight right at the top.

Just let that go.

How about your neck going up into your skull in the back?

Let that go.

And down through your neck.

Release that.

And your chest.

Let go.

Your upper arms,

Lower arms,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers.

Let go.

Let them just sink into the surfaces of where you are.

Perhaps on your thighs,

The arms of a chair,

On the floor,

Pillows that you may have pulled up.

Let your upper back sink into the surfaces that you are on.

Those floor chairs.

In the middle of your back,

In the bottom of your back.

Let your hips and buttocks and stomach all go.

Release your pelvic floor.

Just let that go.

And your thighs.

Relax and release.

The tops of your thighs,

Inside your thighs,

All the way down to your knees.

Let that go.

Your calves and shins.

Release whatever you're holding there.

Oh,

And your knees.

Let the backs of your knees and the fronts of your knees go.

Really just letting yourself be a blob.

Calves going down to your ankles,

Heels,

Feet,

Toes.

Your insteps and arches.

Just let all that go.

If you're sitting down,

At this point your head should either be flumped forward or lumped back.

All the muscles completely relaxed.

All tension released.

Remember to include,

Include,

Include,

Include.

Dogs bark,

Bones ring,

The wind blows.

Release your breath.

And now just consciously breathe.

Breathe pure white light in from everywhere.

Omnidirectional breathing.

Filling the entirety of your body with pure white light.

And again,

Fill yourself with pure white light.

Breathing in omnidirectionally.

Include anything in you at all,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Physically that is not of the light.

Surround whatever that is with that pure white light.

And breathe out.

Breathe out omnidirectionally.

Just let it go.

Just like your muscles.

Just let it go.

And again,

Breathing in omnidirectionally.

Filling your whole self.

All of your systems.

Your skin.

Your skeletal system.

Your glandular system.

Your vascular system.

Your neurological system.

Your everythingness.

All of the solids,

All of the liquids,

All of the air in your body.

Filled with pure white light.

Locate anything at all that is not of the light.

Surround whatever that is in pure white light.

And just let it go.

Breathing out omnidirectionally.

Just let it go.

Release it.

Let it go.

Trust that whatever it is you are letting go of,

The earth and the sun have the ability and to actually do recycle that energy and you can define how it comes back.

It won't be destroyed but it can be transmuted.

Healing energy.

Healing the world of coronavirus.

Feeding hungry children.

Saving the Amazon.

Peace amongst all humans.

Feeding the whales.

Ecologically balancing our waterways.

Whatever it is for you,

It could be personal.

Healing a burn.

Find what it is and identify it for your energy to come back however you wish it to come back.

And breathe pure white light in omnidirectionally.

One more time locating any last vestiges of anything that is not of the light.

Surround whatever that is in the light.

Gently cradling whatever it is in pure white light.

And just let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And now just breathe.

Pure white light in.

Pure white light out.

Pure white light out.

Pure white light in.

And as you breathe pure white light in and you breathe pure white light out,

You are filled with pure white light,

Every single component of you,

Larger than you know,

Smaller than you know.

Our gauges have yet to measure how big the universe and all of consciousness is or how small even the physical world is.

We only have as far as we can go.

And every time we can measure further,

Either larger or smaller,

We get so excited and we're so grateful.

So fill yourself to the tiniest component of you which may in fact be infinity inward like there is infinity outward.

And surround the whole of yourself with pure white light,

Completely covering all of you.

Top bottom sides,

Front and back.

Filling and covering every nook,

Every cranny,

Every crevice,

All of the roundnesses and all of the indentations and creases.

Who you are is a being of pure white light,

Both within and without and everything in between.

And now bring into yourself a sense of gratitude.

And sometimes it helps to locate what are you grateful for.

Can you be grateful just for this day?

I am grateful for this day.

Grateful that once again it is sunlight.

One more day,

This day.

And simply allow gratitude to be breathed in and breathed out for this day.

Thank you for this day.

Bring gratitude in you just for the air that you breathe.

Grateful for this breath and this breath of air.

And breathe gratitude for this breath of air back out into the world.

Breathe in gratitude for this moment that's now already come and gone.

Another moment,

Another now.

And once anew,

Another now.

Thank you for this moment.

This micro beat of macro life.

Thank you.

So grateful.

It doesn't matter if you are grateful to something or someone.

We're just feeling gratitude by itself.

Simply allow the gratitude however it is for you.

For some it may be thanking God,

Whatever your concept of God is.

For others it's just gratitude,

I'm just grateful that this exists.

And all kinds of areas in between.

And grateful for the morphing.

The opportunity once again or once anew to change your own self.

Thank you for this opportunity to grow and release and be.

Grateful for the opportunity because you and I have this day.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve.

One more time,

Another opportunity this day.

Breathing that in,

Breathing that out.

Breathing gratitude in for the lessons that today will give you.

And the opportunity to learn them.

Breathing out into the world gratefulness for lessons presented in a way that can be learned.

Breathing gratitude for yet another series of moments where you have the opportunity to do things that have alignment,

Integrity and provide goodness in the world.

Ways of offering into the world the love that you are.

And breathing out into the world gratitude for another series of moments providing opportunities this day to experience and express love.

Identify someone in your life for whom you are grateful.

And breathe in the gratitude for that person and what they have provided for you.

And breathe out into the world the consciousness of gratitude for the people in our lives.

Identify inside your consciousness a hardship that you have been through.

Something that has happened,

Someone who has done,

Been or said a particular way that has provided for you a hardship.

Locate inside of yourself some way that you now are.

Lessons that you have learned or someone that you have become as a result of that person,

Those people or that situation.

And now locate gratitude inside yourself for being that person that you are.

Backing up you are that because of that situation,

That person or those people.

Locating gratitude inside you for exactly that person,

That circumstance or those people.

For having helped you to create you in a way that you do appreciate you being that way.

And locate something that has happened in your life that provided for you a bump in your road.

Something not so good.

Something about which you could easily feel anger or bitterness,

Frustration,

Hardship.

And notice now the lessons that you have learned from that,

From that person,

Those people or that circumstance.

And appreciate within you for who it is you are because of that person or that event.

Do you have greater tolerance,

More patience?

Are you a gentle person because of that?

Do you now have a larger girth of compassion or love?

Are you now more peaceful because of that person,

Those people or that event?

Who is it that you have become as a result of that hardship?

Are you more tenacious,

Sturdier,

More creative?

Have you learned forgiveness in dimensions you did not know before?

And now breathe gratitude in for who it is that you have become,

For who it is that you are as a result of that hardship.

That person,

Those people,

That circumstance.

And allow that gratitude to grow in you.

Allow that gratitude to swell in you,

To fill your cells and to spread in you as a harmony within yourself from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.

Gratefulness,

Pervasively flowing through your system,

Filling every one of your cells to the point where it flows out of you and spills over into the world.

Gratitude,

Flowing,

Flowing,

Flowing,

All directions,

All flowingness.

Notice inside of this gratitude your relationship now with that hardship from that person,

Those people or that circumstance.

Recognize that now it occurs as a gift,

A great and wondrous gift.

And breathe in allowing yourself to be grateful for that gift,

All of it,

All of the components.

Allow yourself to be completely filled with that gratitude,

The appreciation for yourself,

The scenarios of that person,

Those people or that circumstance.

And breathe that out into the world,

That gratefulness.

Gratefulness for you having become the person you are.

Breathing that in,

Breathing that out,

And recognizing that for you as an experience and an expression.

This allows you to be the being of love that you are.

Breathe in gratitude for being the love that you are.

Breathe out into the world,

The gratitude for being the love that you are.

Breathe in gratitude for the love you have received and do receive.

Breathe out into the world,

Gratitude for love that you have and do receive.

Breathe in the beingness of love.

Breathe out the beingness of love.

And one more time,

Breathing in gratitude and allow yourself to experience the vast expansiveness that being grateful is.

Allowing that to flow in your body and to seep out into the world.

And breathe out into the world the vastness,

The gratitude,

The gratefulness is as an experience.

It's really very humbling.

It's really very humbling.

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body in the room that you are in.

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present here.

Feel the expansiveness of you and allow yourself to feel grateful,

Not because you are less than anything or anyone,

But because gratefulness allows you to be the love that you are.

And how beyond huge that is that you are.
