
Meditation For Deserving

We spend a lot of time in our lives telling ourselves "it's not my turn" or "let me take care of all of you; I'll be last" It's easy to forget that you are a deserving spirit, deserving of the love and joy available to all of us.
Transcript
Circuit your body,
And in this case,
It's any circuiting that you would like.
In other words,
Put your body in any position that is comfortable for you.
If it's putting the soles of your feet together,
And that's what's comfortable in this moment in time,
Please do that.
If it's hanging out with the soles of your feet,
Just fully supported as you're in a reclining chair or on a bed or a sofa,
That's fine too.
If it's having your feet down,
Feet flat on the floor,
And that's what's comfortable for you,
That's what there is for you to do.
In other words,
Have your body in a position that takes care of you.
You deserve that.
I will ask that you not have anything crossed,
So no crossed arms or fingers interlaced.
Just have it be that everything is with your hands,
No crossed ankles,
Either soles of the feet together or feet down or feet out.
And the same thing with your hands.
You can have any mudra that you want with your hands.
Think I'm recommending the three finger mudra today.
On the other hand,
If you would like to do palms open and that's what's comfortable for you today,
Do that.
If you would like to do the giving to the earth,
Receiving from the earth,
As in really giving to the universe,
Receiving from the universe,
Do that.
If it means lying on your stomach and surrounding the whole,
Like holding the globe,
Do that.
That's fine.
Do what you were drawn to do today.
You deserve that.
And I trust you that you know what is in alignment with your system better than anybody.
Include everything.
Dog spark,
Include it.
Lawn mowers go by,
Include that.
Instead of an airplane,
Just include and include.
Okay.
If you're wearing glasses,
Please take them off.
And we're going to begin with the omni-directional breathing.
So for anybody who is new,
That means breathing in from all directions on top of you,
Underneath of you,
Behind you,
Through your sides,
Every which way,
Through every single surface that you have,
Both obvious and hidden.
Breathing pure white light in omni-directionally.
And hold your breath.
And sniff in just a little bit more air omni-directionally,
Hold that.
And then just drop your tongue in your jaw as you exhale omni-directionally.
And notice that when you breathe out,
It doesn't always go out the same way it came in.
Sometimes it takes a bend or a curve.
Sometimes it goes straight through.
Sometimes it does go back out the same way it came in.
Sometimes it's an angle.
It doesn't matter.
It is definitely every which way.
And now,
Breathing pure white light in omni-directionally and hold your breath.
Siff in a little bit more white light from everywhere and hold that.
And let all of that go,
Exhaling omni-directionally.
And again,
Breathing in.
This time as you breathe in,
As you breathe in omni-directionally,
Breathe in focusing on the bottom of your lungs filling first and filling up from there,
Up through your lungs,
Out to everything in your body from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.
Holding that and sniffing in just a wee bit more pure white light and allowing that to go everywhere in your system.
And then just let all of that go omni-directionally.
Breathing all of that out,
Emptying out entirely,
Letting everything go.
And one more time,
Breathing pure white light in omni-directionally,
Filling your lungs from the bottom up,
Breathing out so your lungs expand front,
Sides,
And back as they fill.
Filling yourself with that pure white light breath from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes,
Down to the tiniest,
Itiest,
Bittiest particle of you.
And then smaller than that.
Breathe in just a little bit more pure white light in from everywhere.
Drop your tongue in your jaw and exhale out everywhere.
Let all that go.
And just notice if you have more space in your body now.
Like it feels that there's more space.
You deserve that.
There's so many ways to take care of you.
Breathing,
Breathing omni-directionally,
Breathing in pure white light,
Breathing in pure white light omni-directionally,
Filling the bottom of your lungs first,
Breathing all the way to the back of your lungs and the sides and the front.
You deserve that space.
You deserve to have your body filled with healing air and healing pure white light.
And now just breathing in and breathing out,
Continuing to breathe omni-directionally,
Gently,
Ungoingly.
As you do this now,
Surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Cover every single snippet of you,
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front,
Back,
Underneath of you,
Everything covered with pure white light,
Covering all of the roundnesses,
All of the indentations,
All of the nooks and the crannies and the crevices.
Who you are is a being of pure white light,
Both within and without,
And everything in-between.
And during the day when you have forgotten,
You deserve to remind yourself that you are this precious,
Precious being of pure white light,
Always.
Keep breathing and bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper,

Allow an image of yourself to come into your consciousness or a feeling of identifying you physically or emotionally.
It could just be a sense of you or a knowing that you are.
So again,
Having some idea or sense or feeling or visual,
Some version of you in your consciousness.
.
.
Create a relationship with that sense of your own self in recognition that that being that you call you or me is precious.
Recognize that whenever you look at a newborn baby,
Its preciousness is immediately recognizable.
At one point,
You were that baby.
You are precious.
And you deserve to be treated as precious by yourself and by others.
But as an entitlement,
As a birthright,
You are a precious being in our universe,
Deserving infinite expressions and experiences of love,
Both in the giving and in the receiving.
You deserve that.
You deserve being loved.
You deserve being taken care of,
Again,
By yourself and by others.
Allow yourself to feel how precious you are and the tenderness that goes with that.
Again,
Allow yourself to feel the preciousness you are and the tenderness that goes with that.
Enable your own ability to treat yourself tenderly.
You deserve that.
Recognize and acknowledge that you deserve to be treated tenderly as the precious being you are.
Recognize and acknowledge that you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity as your own precious self,
Treating yourself with respect,
Treating yourself with dignity.
You deserve that.
Recognize and acknowledge that you deserve for your precious self to be treated with respect and dignity by yourself,
For your precious self.
Know that you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity by everyone,
For you are precious.
One more time relating to yourself in whatever image or sense or feeling that you have of your own self inside your consciousness.
Recognize yourself as precious and deserving.
Recognize and acknowledge that you deserve to treat yourself as precious.
Recognize and acknowledge that you deserve for others to treat you as precious,
For that is who you are.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine as I do.
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in whatever room you are in.

Three.
Feel your conscious mind arising.
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel your precious self in your precious body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The air around you.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Gently open your precious eyes and allow yourself to be present in your precious body as your precious self here and now in the room that you are in.
