The Heaven and Earth Meditation, led by Liora Brunn, effectively has you knitting together Universal and Grounded energy to enhance and balance you as both an individual and as a highly connected BEing.

Heaven and Earth Meditation.

Find your own space in the room.

Take up all the room you need to have your own space.

Lie your body in a centered,

Comfortable and well-supported position.

You will probably need pillows under your shoulders.

Arms are over your head like reaching for the opposite wall.

Then let them relax.

If your back can be comfortable,

And I do mean comfortable,

Then stretch out your legs and feet so that they are a mirror image of your arms and hands.

To get into this position,

Place your feet on the floor with your knees bent.

Bring your pelvis up,

Roll down through your back,

Roll down through your legs.

If you cannot sustain being in this position lying down,

Then simply keep your body so that your knees are bent and feet are on the floor.

If you wear glasses,

Please take them off.

I am going to refer to the energy of God Consciousness or Universal Consciousness or Spirit,

Creator,

All that is,

As Heaven Energy.

Also,

I am going to refer to the energy of God Consciousness or Heaven Energy.

Also,

Since Universal Consciousness or God Consciousness is everywhere or Heaven Energy is everywhere,

It doesn't matter where you are lying or in which direction.

So your hands,

Although on the floor,

Palms up,

Are reaching into Heaven.

And therefore,

You are able to receive Heaven Energy.

Bring your consciousness to three points,

Your palm chakras and your crown chakra.

Now bring into your consciousness all three points at the same time.

You will notice they form a triangle,

The triangle of sacred geometry.

Allow yourself to be aware of,

Awake to,

Conscious to,

Awake to,

Conscious of this inverted triangle formed by your crown and palm chakras.

Allow yourself to feel the energy of those three lines,

Their relationship in the triangle,

The formation of the triangle,

The energy within the triangle.

And now experience this triangle as a part of you.

It may even take shape three dimensionally as a pyramid.

Now bring your consciousness to three other points,

Your soul chakras and your root chakra.

These three points of consciousness form the triangle that is Earth Energy.

Focus on these points,

Your root and soul chakras,

And allow yourself to feel the energy of these three lines,

The triangle of Earth Energy as it points upward,

Again,

The triangle of sacred geometry.

Allow yourself to feel the energy of those three lines,

Their relationship in the triangle,

The formation of the triangle,

The energy within the triangle.

Focus on the Earth Energy triangle and experience that triangle as a part of you.

It may perhaps even take shape three dimensionally as a pyramid.

These two triangles,

When they come together in the middle of you,

Form superimposed triangles creating another ancient sacred symbol,

The Star of David,

Commonly referred to as the Jewish star.

It is a symbol that predated King David of the Bible.

It is simply a symbol he used,

A king seal.

These triangles,

When they come together in the middle of you,

Come together around your solar plexus,

Possibly including your heart,

Or come together in your heart,

Possibly including your solar plexus.

This six-pointed star may also be three dimensional,

A Merkaba.

The significance of this symbol,

The two superimposed triangles of equal size,

Is the harmony and balance of all energy of Heaven and Earth.

One manifestation of that harmony and balance is the balance of male and female energy.

The inverted triangle,

The triangle that is formed by your crown chakra combined with your palm chakras,

That is the female part of the balance.

The triangle formed by your root chakra combined with your soul chakras,

That is the male part of the balance.

With your body,

Allow yourself to now focus on the giving and the receiving of both triangles,

Of both pyramids,

Experiencing them working in tandem,

Simultaneously bringing into existence both Heaven and Earth,

The male and the female,

The harmony and the balance.

The channel through which this entire balance can occur is you,

The human being you are.

You are literally forming the sacred seal of the Star of David and being that sacred seal.

Begin to roll your tongue from the middle of your tongue on your hard palate forward.

You may begin to feel murmurings of Kundalini energy.

This Kundalini energy is very powerful.

It is a source of universal energy coming up from the base of your spine or your genitalia,

Up through your spine and out through your crown.

Continue rolling your tongue throughout this meditation and remember that God Consciousness or Heaven energy is everywhere.

Bring lines of Heaven energy in through your palm and crown chakras.

Roll your tongue up against the roof of your mouth from the middle to the tip.

Lines of Heaven energy coming into you through your hair,

Down through your scalp and into your skull.

Lines of Heaven energy coming into you,

Spreading through your palms,

Into your fingers and into your wrists.

Lines of Heaven energy filling your brain,

The blood vessels in your head,

The little bones in your ears.

Lines of Heaven energy running down through your wrists,

Down through your forearms,

Elbows and upper arms.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing through your sinus passages,

Teeth,

Gums,

Tongue,

Neck and throat.

Lines of Heaven energy running down through the medulla oblongata,

Where the base of your brain meets the top of your spine.

Lines of Heaven energy running down through the top of your spine.

Continue to roll your tongue up against the roof of your mouth from the middle to the tip.

Lines of Heaven energy coming into your body through your crown and palm chakras.

Lines of Heaven energy passing through your throat,

Into your collarbones.

Lines of Heaven energy moving down through your upper arms and armpits and into your rib cage,

Front,

Sides and back.

Lines of Heaven energy moving through your shoulders,

Front,

Sides and back and now into your lungs and chest.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing down through the cervical and thoracic areas of your spine and back,

Including your shoulder blades.

Lines of Heaven energy traveling through your solar plexus and your floating ribs into your middle back.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip up against the roof of your mouth.

Lines of Heaven energy moving down through your middle back,

Floating ribs and solar plexus,

Entering your waist,

Front,

Sides,

Back and middle.

Lines of Heaven energy streaming down through your kidneys,

Small intestines,

Large intestines and gallbladder.

Lines of Heaven energy gracefully gliding down through the lumbar section of your back into the sacral plates and into your hips,

Bladder,

Spleen,

If you have one,

Down through your uterus,

If you have one,

Or where it used to be.

Lines of Heaven energy gliding down through your urethra,

Genitalia and through your pelvic floor.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip up against the roof of your mouth.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing down through your pelvic floor and through your coccyx,

The base of your spine.

Lines of Heaven energy moving down through your thighs,

Knees,

Calves.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing straight through your ankles,

Feet,

Insteps,

Toes,

Balls and heels,

Arches and out through the center points of the bottoms of your feet,

Out through your soul chakras and out through the center point of your root chakra into Mother Earth.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing straight through your body coming into your system through the triangle or pyramid formed with your crown and palm chakras.

Lines of Heaven energy flowing straight down through your body,

All the way through all of your body and out through the triangle formed with your root and soul chakras into Mother Earth.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip up against the roof of your mouth.

Heaven energy is a continuum of streaming energy entering the triangle of your crown and palm chakras,

Flowing through your body and out through your root and soul chakras into Mother Earth.

While that is happening,

Energy is entering your body from the Earth.

Earth energy is now entering your body through your soul chakras and your root chakra.

Earth energy entering your body,

Knitting and weaving its way up through the lines of Heaven energy,

Laterally in and out,

In and out.

Earth energy weaves through the Heaven energy in your feet,

Through your soul chakras,

The balls of your feet,

Your heels,

Your insteps.

Earth energy knitting and weaving its way through the lines of Heaven energy in your ankles,

Calves,

Knees and thighs.

Earth energy entering your body through your root chakra,

Knitting and weaving its way through the Heaven energy,

Up through your genitalia,

Your coccyx,

Your pelvic floor.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip up against the roof of your mouth.

Earth energy knitting and weaving its way through the Heaven energy through your pelvic floor,

Urethra,

Uterus,

If you have one,

Or where it used to be.

Spleen,

If you have one,

Up through your bladder,

Hips and sacral plates.

Earth energy in and out,

In and out of the lines of Heaven energy,

Weaving a tapestry of energy in your body.

Earth energy entering your body through your soul chakras and your root chakra,

Knitting and weaving its way up through the lines of Heaven energy,

In and out,

In and out up through the sacral plates,

Gallbladder,

Large and small intestines,

Up through your kidneys.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip up against the roof of your mouth.

Earth energy knitting and weaving through the lines of Heaven energy,

Up through your waist,

Front,

Sides,

Back and middle.

Knitting through your solar plexus,

Moving in and out,

In and out laterally through the lines of Heaven energy.

Earth energy knitting through your floating ribs,

Your middle back.

Earth energy knitting and weaving,

Weaving and knitting in and out through the lines of Heaven energy,

Up through the thoracic areas of your spine,

Your lungs and chest,

Your ribs,

Front,

Side and back.

Earth energy as a continuum,

Entering your system through your root chakra and your soul chakras,

Creating a tapestry with the lines of Heaven energy,

Weaving and knitting in and out,

In and out.

Moving up through your shoulders,

Front,

Sides and back,

Up through your armpits,

Upper arms,

Elbows and forearms.

Continue rolling your tongue from the middle to the tip against the roof of your mouth.

Continue bringing Heaven energy in as a continuum through your crown and palm chakras.

Continue bringing Earth energy in through your root and soul chakras.

Earth energy continues to weave and knit its way up through the lines of Heaven energy,

Creating a tapestry of Heaven and Earth.

Creating a tapestry of Heaven and Earth energy in your medulla oblongata.

Earth energy knitting and weaving its way through the lines of Heaven energy,

Up through your collarbones,

Through your throat and neck,

Tongue,

Gums,

Teeth and sinus passages.

Earth energy weaving its way in and out,

In and out of the lines of Heaven energy,

In the little bones in your ears,

The blood vessels in your head through your brain.

Earth energy knitting and weaving through the lines of Heaven energy in your cheeks and skull,

Up through your scalp and out to the ends of your hair.

Earth energy weaving and knitting its way through the lines of Heaven energy,

Up through your elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers.

Earth energy weaving through the lines of Heaven energy,

Creating a tapestry of Heaven and Earth as it exits your body through your palm chakras and out through your crown chakra into Heaven.

Continue rolling your tongue up against the roof of your mouth from the middle to the tip.

And simply allow yourself to be.

Allow yourself to be lines of Heaven energy coming in through your crown chakra and through your palm chakras,

The female triangle.

Allow yourself to be lines of Heaven energy all the way down through your body and out through your root and soul chakras into Mother Earth.

Simply allow yourself to be.

Allow yourself to be Earth energy entering your system through your root and soul chakras,

The male triangle,

Knitting and weaving up through the lines of Heaven energy all the way up your body,

Creating the tapestry of Heaven and Earth in you,

Exiting through your crown and palm chakras into Heaven.

Who you are is Heaven and Earth woven together in you.

You are those two triangles.

You are the male and the female,

The harmony and the balance of all the elements of existence.

You are Heaven and you are Earth woven together as one.

Simply allow yourself to reside as who you are.
