So close your eyes,
Get yourself into a yummy comfortable position.
Let your body just flop.
Nothing crossed.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
Make sure your head and neck are fully supported.
Okay,
Now just breathe and have your consciousness follow your breath.
As you breathe in,
Follow that.
As you breathe out,
Follow that.
Notice it's really different when you're just following the breath.
Follow how the breath is cooler going in and warmer going out.
And how your body expands when you inhale and contracts when you exhale.
And let each breath simply bring you deeper into your self as you breathe in pure white light.
And breathe out pure white light.
Fully filling the whole of your body with pure white light.
Fully surrounding the whole of your body with pure white light.
And just allow white light to do its thing,
Cleaning you,
Protecting you.
And bring into your consciousness something that you know would be valuable if you were able to let go of it.
It would help you and that would help people around you if you were no longer holding on quite so tightly.
Make it as full of detail as you can.
And now just let that be.
And breathe in,
Following the breath.
And breathe out,
Following the breath.
And let you,
Who you are,
Whatever it is you've been holding onto being,
Sink into your self just a little bit more.
Each breath in and each breath out.
And now just notice that it is you who has been holding on.
And let the breath happen.
Just recognize what it is and that you have been holding on.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Going deeper.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And just notice.
Let go a little bit more and go a little bit deeper.
Allow a little bit more than that.
Go a little bit deeper.
Surrendering into you.
And notice one more time whatever it is you were holding onto.
Just recognize it for what it is.
And acknowledge it.
Acknowledge it as something you've been holding onto.
Not good or bad or right or wrong even though you hold it that way.
But just notice that it exists.
Recognize it.
And acknowledge that is something you hold onto.
Keep breathing.
And sink into you just a little bit more.
And now see if you can locate your consciousness in your heart.
Just place your consciousness in your heart.
And do it for any particular reason except it is who you are.
It is the center point of you.
You are love.
And with your consciousness in your heart,
Imagine embracing that person,
That event,
That situation.
Like you have elastic arms that go on forever.
Just embrace and hold no matter how small or how large that person or that thing is.
Gently with all your love hold that person,
That event,
That thing.
It could be something about your body or you or someone or something.
Just embrace it.
Remove all the love that you are.
And now just let it go.
I don't know what will be there but letting it go allows something else that wasn't there before.
And it allows the flow to bring to you what can be in that space instead of what you were not so happy about.
Remembering no two things can exist in the same space at the same time.
Allow the flow to bring to you something that you create,
Something in harmony with who you are rather than who you were.
Let go.
Let go and allow the flow to serve you.
Allow yourself to be in the wonder of what will the flow bring.
You can put in whatever it is you wish to create.
You can also just let it be and be in the discovery of whatever comes into that space that you've just created in a state of awe and wonder and discovery.
Let go and allow the flow.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body wherever you are.
One,
Two,
Three.
Feel your conscious mind arising.
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are with your body,
Sitting or lying down.
Feel the air around you.
Feel the air as it comes into you.
Feel the air as it goes out of you.
Just letting yourself be.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Letting go and allowing the flow.
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to simply be exactly where you are,
As you are.
