In this session we practiced 'Radical Self-Acceptance + Action', followed by 10 minutes of silence. Radical Self-Acceptance: accepting reality as it is for what it is, right now. The good, bad, ugly, unknown, and changing aspects of the self and external. This is what you are feeling and thinking. Just this. Nothing more or less. Radical Self-Acceptance is couched within my '3A' framework of healing: Awareness, acceptance, action. All of which can be fostered through daily meditation.
