A new element for me is breathing to the collar bone. It seems to open my brain, too. I’ll certainly come back to this!

It is usually very hard for me to focus on a meditation or breath work exercise. Thank you this is one of the rare times I was able to focus on the three part breathing. Namaste

Beautiful. Thank you. It reminds of a breath technique i learned during my post op/lymphatic training. And I now call it chakra breathing. into the abdominal or lower chakras, breathing into the chest, heart, then throat/head, upper chakras. ✨️🤍✨️

Spot on with concepts of withdrawal from senses and essence of meditation as being a mere obverver. Timed appropriately to accommodate it on any weekday schedule. Thanks for sharing this.

this meditation afforded me another opportunity to be grateful. connecting the way my body feels when my mind wanders showed me the correlation between certain physical sensations and my mind’s tendency to venture into thoughts of past and future. feeling the sensation of distraction gives me a greater sensitivity to it, allowing me to correct it sooner and more often. grateful to deepen my relationship with self through the practice of mindful breathing 😌🙏🏾.

revisiting the gentle practice of mindful awareness has been so healing. acknowledging that the “floor” for what I tolerate as stillness of the mind has gotten a bit louder than it was when I started ~160 days ago. balancing work, my creative practice, and mending personal relationships has brought a lot of clutter and cloudiness to the thoughts. thankfully, through meditation I am able to sink beneath the surface of mind into the heart space. there, I have the space to cherish the opportunities that exist for me to continue working toward equanimity. the abundance of opportunity. grateful 😌🙏🏾.
