Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And find a place where you can fall asleep.
A place where you can drift away.
Float away.
Fly away.
Fully relaxing.
Find that place now.
And when you find that place,
Softly,
Gently,
Close your eyes.
And bring your attention and awareness to your body.
Awareness and attention to this amazing body of yours.
And during this meditation,
All you have to do is listen to the sound of my voice.
And as you drift away,
As you float away,
Fly away,
Into the most peaceful sleep,
My voice will keep you calm.
My voice will keep you safe.
Because you're exactly where you need to be.
Just bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.
Awareness and attention to your breath.
Just notice your breath.
Observe your breath.
And ask yourself,
How does my breath feel?
How does my breath feel?
Is your breath smooth,
Choppy,
Deep,
Or shallow?
How does my breath feel?
Now with your mouth closed,
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
And on an exhale,
Open the mouth and just sigh it out.
Again,
Close the mouth,
Inhale through the nose.
And exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Release all the breath.
And exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Release all the breath.
And exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Release all the tension.
Now keep your mouth closed and breathe in and out through your nose.
Finding a comfortable,
Steady,
Natural,
Intuitive breath.
A comfortable,
Steady,
Natural,
And intuitive breath for you.
And as you find that comfortable,
Steady,
Natural,
And intuitive breath,
You soon start to realize your body is relaxing.
You soon start to realize your body feels heavier and heavier each and every breath you take.
And as you breathe,
As you relax,
The sound of my voice allows you to sink deeper,
To relax more and more.
Listening to the sound of my voice and the vibrations in the sound,
Sinks you deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Whole body relaxes each and every breath you take.
Now take a scan of your body all the way from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Scan the body,
Notice the body.
And notice any tension you feel in your body.
Any tension you feel in your body,
Locate that tension,
Pinpoint that tension,
Become aware of that tension.
And once you become aware of that tension,
Once you notice that tension,
Your mind and your body knows exactly how to release that tension.
Each and every breath you take,
That tension starts to dissolve.
It starts to fade away into space.
Each and every breath you take,
You sink deeper and deeper and deeper,
Starting to relax easily and effortlessly,
Naturally relaxing more and more.
Easily,
Effortlessly,
Naturally relaxing more and more as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Because the sound of my voice allows you to relax.
Because the sound of my voice feels safe and secure.
Relaxing deeper and deeper,
Going down and down.
And in just a moment,
I'll mention a body part,
Taking a rotation,
A scan of the body.
I'll mention a body part and you'll become aware of this body part and you'll send so much unconditional love to this body part.
Now bring your awareness to your right thumb,
Full awareness,
All the unconditional love to your right thumb.
Right index finger,
Right middle finger,
Right ring finger,
Right pinky finger,
Top of the right hand,
Palm of the right hand.
Right wrist,
Right forearm,
Right elbow,
Top of the right arm,
Right shoulder,
Right armpit.
Right side waist,
Right hip,
Right thigh,
Right knee,
Right shin.
Right calf muscle,
Right ankle,
Heel of the right foot,
Top of the right foot,
Sole of the right foot.
Right big toe,
Second toe,

Bring your attention and awareness to your entire right side,
All the unconditional love to your entire right side body.
So loved,
Your entire right side.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your left thumb,
Full awareness,
Full attention,
All the unconditional love to your left thumb.
Left index finger,
Left middle finger,
Left ring finger,
Left pinky finger.
Bring your awareness to the top of the left hand,
Palm of the left hand,
Left wrist,
Left forearm,
Left elbow,
Top of the left arm.
Left shoulder,
Left armpit,
Left side waist,
Left hip,
Left thigh.
Left knee,
Left shin,
Left calf muscle,
Left ankle,
Heel of the left foot,
Top of the left foot,
Sole of the left foot.
Left big toe,

Bring your attention and awareness to your entire left side,
All the unconditional love to the entire left side body.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your throat,
Back of the neck,
Back of the head,
Top of the head,
Forehead.
Bring your awareness and attention,
All the love to your chin,
Right cheek,
Left cheek,
Tip of the nose,
Bridge of the nose,
The entire nose,
Lower lip,
Upper lip,
Both lips.
Bring your awareness and attention to your tongue,
Right eyelid,
Left eyelid,
Right eye,
Left eye,
Both eyes.
Right eyebrow,
Left eyebrow,
Middle of the brow line,
Right ear,
Left ear.
Bring your awareness,
Attention and all the unconditional love to your entire head,
Your entire head full of unconditional love.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right shoulder blade,
Left shoulder blade,
Right middle back,
Left middle back,
Right lower back,
Left lower back.
Bring your attention to your spine,
All the way up and all the way down.
Bring your awareness to your entire back,
Your entire back full of unconditional love.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right collarbone,
Left collarbone,
Right chest,
Left chest,
Top of the stomach,
Middle of the stomach,
Lower stomach,
Right groin,
Left groin.
Bring your attention and awareness and all the unconditional love to your entire torso,
Your entire torso full of unconditional love.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right hand,
Left hand,
Both hands,
All the unconditional love to both hands.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right arm,
Your entire right arm.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your left arm,
Your entire left arm.
Now bring your attention and awareness and all the unconditional love to both arms,
Both arms full of unconditional love.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right foot,
Left foot,
Both feet,
All the unconditional love and awareness to both feet.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your right leg,
Your entire right leg.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your left leg,
Your entire left leg.
Now bring your awareness and attention to both legs,
All the unconditional love and attention and awareness to both legs.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your entire body,
All the unconditional love and awareness and attention to your entire body,
Full of love,
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber,
Full of this unconditional love.
Whole body relaxes,
Whole body sinks deeper and deeper and at any moment you can drift off,
You can fade away into the most peaceful sleep.
As you listen to the sound of my voice and the shapes of the sounds,
The vibrations of my voice allows you to drift off,
To fade away,
To sleep,
Because you deserve the most restful sleep,
Drifting,
Floating,
Flying,
Each and every breath you take.
And in just a moment I wonder if you're still awake,
If you can count your breathing,
And in just a moment I wonder if you can start to count down from 31 all the way to zero.
In just a moment you'll inhale,
You'll say silently 31,
And on your exhale silently you'll say 31,
And then next on your inhale you'll say 30,
And on your exhale silently you'll say 30.
Now start to count down,
Your inhale 31,
Exhale 31,
And at any time if you lose count come back to 31.
And release the counting,
Come back to a steady natural breath,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your body.
Each and every breath you take.
I wonder if you can relax your mind even more.
I wonder in just a moment if you can count the alphabet backwards starting from Z.
And in just a moment you'll see Z,
And you'll start to count down all the way to A.
Now start to count down the alphabet,
Start from Z and count it down.
And as you count down those letters start to get smaller and smaller,
Further and further and further away.
So small,
So far away that you just can't see the letters anymore.
Relaxing the mind,
Turning the volume all the way down,
Down,
Down.
Deeper,
Deeper,
Down,
Down.
Completely relaxing the mind,
Relaxing the body.
Each and every breath you take.
As you listen to the sound of my voice you can drift off,
You can float away.
Into the most peaceful,
Relaxing sleep.
And in just a moment I wonder if you can use that great imagination of yours.
And I wonder if you can imagine yourself at the top of ten steps going down.
And at the bottom of these ten steps it's the most comfortable bed you've ever seen.
At the bottom of these ten steps it's the most comfortable bed you've ever seen.
And in just a moment you'll walk down these steps.
And each step you take you'll sink deeper,
More relaxed.
Ten times more relaxed than you are now,
Each step you take.
Now imagine yourself at the top of these ten steps.
Look down and take that first step.
Ten,
Sinking deeper,
Relaxing more and more as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And you walk down these steps.
Take the next step,
Nine,
Sinking deeper,
Down,
Relaxing more.
Body feels heavier and heavier.
Eighth step,
Seventh,
Sixth,
Five.
You're halfway there,
So relaxed,
So heavy.
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids are so relaxed and so heavy you just can't open your eyelids.
Fourth step,
Third step,
Two,
One.
Lie down in that most comfortable bed.
And as you lie down in that most comfortable bed,
Your body lets go.
Your body surrenders.
Each and every breath you take.
As you sink down deeper into that most comfortable bed,
You realize you're lying down on a sandy beach.
Lying on a sandy beach,
Filling the sand on your skin,
The waves crashing against the shore.
And each wave you hear crashing against the shore allows you to go deeper and deeper.
Fully relaxing,
Floating,
Flying,
Drifting,
Dreaming.
Because you're so loved and you're never alone.
You're so loved and you're never,
Ever,
Ever alone.
You're so loved and you're never,
Ever,
Ever alone.
You're so loved and you're never,
Ever,
Ever alone.
