Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
And just allow the eyes to close.
Just your natural breath here in and out.
Wiping away all the to-do lists for your day.
Wiping away all the expectations for your day.
Just feeling the body starting to relax.
Feeling the mind start to relax.
Whole body relaxes here.
Start to take control of your breath,
Matching your inhales with your exhales.
In through the nose,
And out through the nose.
Just finding a comfortable,
Smooth,
Steady breath.
Feeling the wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Taking a scan of the body,
All the way from the crown of the head to the tips of your toes.
Whole body starts to relax.
Just feeling the body starting to relax.
Inhale,
Say,
I am.
Exhale,
Calm.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Calm.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Calm.
I am calm.
Start to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes.
Just feeling the movements in the body.
Whenever you're ready,
Coming to an easy seat.
Just sitting down,
Legs crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked.
Eyes come closed.
Bringing the hands to heart center.
Taking a deep inhale through the nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
