Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Just find a comfortable seat,
Maybe on the floor,
On a chair.
Legs can be crossed or maybe legs out in front of you.
Just keep the spine upright,
Chin slightly tucked.
Just pay attention to the breath.
So it's just your natural breath here.
And whatever part of your body is touching the ground,
Just feel that grounding earth energy.
Feeling supported,
Observing the breath,
The inhales and the exhales.
Just bringing the awareness to the breath.
And just allowing the thoughts to roll in and roll out,
Just like you're watching a movie.
Just observing,
Observing the body.
And feeling that loving,
Grounding earth energy.
Knowing you are always supported by this earth.
And feeling that grounded energy.
Saying the mantra on the inhale,
I am.
And on the exhale grounded.
Inhale.
I am,
Exhale grounded.
Inhale.
I am,
Exhale grounded.
Keep that going.
Inhale.
I am,
Exhale grounded.
Inhale,
I am.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Grounded.
You are grounded,
Supported,
And right where you need to be.
Start to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
Maybe taking some movements in the shoulders.
Maybe circles with the hands,
Maybe circles with the feet.
Just awakening the body here.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
And there you go.
