Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and find a comfortable place,
A comfortable spot where you can be still,
You can do this seated on a chair or lying down on your back.
And once you find that comfortable place,
Allow yourself to arrive,
Allow yourself to settle.
And as you settle,
As you arrive,
You may want to close your eyes softly and gently closing those eyes ears and allow yourself to be,
Allow yourself to relax.
And during this meditation,
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice and at any time during this meditation,
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just bring your mind back to my voice,
Back to your body,
Back to your breath.
And right now,
Just focus,
Pay attention,
Observe your breathing.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
It's your natural breath,
Nothing to do or control with your breathing.
Just observe your breath.
Now start to find a comfortable breath for you.
You can breathe in and out through your nose or in and out through your mouth,
But find a comfortable,
Steady breath for you.
A natural steady,
Comfortable breath.
And allow yourself to fully relax,
Fully settle as you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Whole body relaxes.
Whole body feels heavier and heavier and heavier.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Feeling a wave of relaxation all throughout your body.
And any tension you feel in your body,
Allow that tension to melt away,
To drift away,
To float away.
And each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more as you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Now relax your mind,
Your thoughts.
Allow your thoughts to relax.
Allow your thoughts to drift away.
One by one,
Your thoughts drift away.
They float away as you breathe.
One by one,
Your thoughts start to float away like balloons floating away higher and higher and higher until you just can't see your thoughts anymore.
Fully relaxing the mind as you breathe,
Relaxing the body and all your thoughts seem to smoothly and easily drift away.
I wonder if you can open your mind and your body for healing.
And in just a moment,
I'm going to send you golden healing light your way.
And in just a moment,
This golden healing light will enter your space,
Enter your room and you'll start to feel it.
This golden healing light will enter your room and it'll surround you from wall to wall,
Floor to ceiling with this golden healing light.
And it'll enter your body and fill up your entire body.
Every single muscle fiber,
Every single cell will be full of this golden healing light.
And I'll count from one to five.
And when I reach five,
You'll receive this golden healing light.
When I count from one to five and reach five,
I'll send you this golden healing light.
It will enter your room and fill up your entire room with this healing energy,
This golden healing light.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Sending you this golden healing light,
Entering your room,
Your space fills up your entire body.
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber full of this golden healing light.
You may start to feel a tingling up and down your spine.
Your body temperature may change.
You may feel warmth.
You may start to sweat or you might get cold,
But feel this golden healing light healing your entire body.
Feel all the sensations of this golden healing light,
This golden healing energy.
And as you feel this golden healing light,
Saying silently the affirmation to yourself,
I give my body the rest and care it needs.
I give my body the rest and care it needs.
Say this silently to yourself.
I give my body the rest and care it needs.
I give my body the rest and care it needs.
I give my body the rest and care it needs.
Taking this energy with you,
This golden healing energy with you throughout your day and feel this energy,
Feel this healing working in the background.
