My name is Yogi Brian.
Find a comfortable spot,
A comfortable space.
Lying down on your back,
Allow the eyes to close.
Natural breath in and out.
Allowing yourself to arrive to the space.
Nothing to do or control.
Just allow your body to slowly settle.
Observing the breath and noticing the breath starting to smooth out naturally.
When your natural body,
Your natural breath slowly settles.
The whole body starts to relax now.
Observing the fingers,
Observing the toes.
Feel that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Each breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Each breath you take,
You flood the body with relaxation.
Not now,
But in just a moment.
I want you to visualize yourself at the top of a flight of stairs,
10 steps down.
You're going to look down these steps and you're going to walk down these steps.
Each step you take,
You relax even more.
Not now,
But in a moment.
Look down these steps and at the bottom of the steps is the most comfortable bed,
Full of pillows.
So comfortable.
Now visualize yourself standing at the top of the stairs,
Looking down,
Looking down to this comfortable bed.
You look down at the step,
Take that first step.
Wave of relaxation throughout the body,
Body relaxing even more.
Take the second step,
Take the fifth step,
Six.
Body so relaxed here,
Laying in that comfortable bed,
Flow so comfortable.
Body is so relaxed here.
Right now,
Feel how they're so heavy.
I want you to try to open your eyelids,
But they're so heavy.
The whole body relaxes here.
The whole body relaxes,
Of relaxation throughout the body.
Each and every nook and cranny,
Fully surrender,
Fully.
Each breath you take,
You relax even more into the space.
