Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
And allow your eyes to close.
Observing the eyelids.
Noticing the eyes.
Natural breath in and out.
Clearing away any expectations for your day.
And clearing away any to-do list for your day.
Allowing yourself to fully embrace the present moment.
Allowing yourself to fully embrace the now.
All you have to do is observe your breath.
The inhale.
And the exhale.
And noticing your breath starting to smooth out naturally.
Now take a scan of the body all the way from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.
Observing the body.
Noticing the body.
Being in the present in the now.
Observing the body.
The body starts to smooth out.
The body starts to relax into its natural state.
Now bring in your awareness to the mind.
Allowing the thoughts to be.
Nothing to do or control with the thoughts.
Just allow them to flow naturally.
In and out.
Just observe.
Just embrace the present moment.
Mind starts to smooth out.
Returning to its natural state.
Returning to the present moment.
Take an inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let anything you need go.
Again one more time.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale let anything go.
Feeling that whole body relaxing.
Feeling the now.
Feeling the presence.
