What do you need in your life? Join me in this New Moon Meditation for Intention Setting. During the new moon, it's a great time for reflection, clearing out space, getting rid of things that do not serve you to prepare for new opportunities. The New Moon carries an abundance of creative energy, which can last about 48 hours. Allow the eyes to close.

Allow the eyes to settle.

Give yourself permission to meditate.

Give yourself permission for this time.

Wiping away any expectations.

Wiping away any to-do list that you have for your day.

All you have to do is breathe.

Focusing your attention on your breath right now.

Just in and out.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Just observing the breath.

Smoothing out the breath.

Just noticing how the breath feels.

Just notice if it's smooth or choppy or shallow or deep.

Just allow your body to smooth out your breath naturally.

Natural breath is smooth.

Just take a scan of the body all the way from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.

Scanning the entire body.

Checking in with yourself.

Seeing how you're doing.

Noticing where the body is feeling good.

And also noticing where you're holding tension in the body.

Just observe.

Just notice.

Just notice.

And allow your body to naturally relax the tension in your body.

Natural breath.

Just allow the body to be in its natural state.

Relaxed,

Smooth,

Flowing.

And just observe the mind.

Nothing to do or control with thoughts.

Just allow the thoughts to roll in and roll out.

Just allowing the natural thoughts to flow.

Observing,

Listening.

Just being the watcher.

Noticing the body starting to settle,

The body starting to relax.

And all the muscles in the face are relaxing,

Melting.

Eyelids relax.

Forehead relax.

Tip of the nose relaxes.

Shoulders relaxes.

Whole body relaxes here.

Bringing your attention to the heart center.

And see a color coming from your heart in this area.

Any color.

Just feel it in the heart.

Feel it in the chest,

This color.

Just noticing the color.

If the color is smooth or dense.

Visualize with your hands,

Touching this color,

Playing with this color,

Molding this color into shape.

Visualize both hands on each side of this color.

Make this color into a picture frame.

Just feel good vibes with this color,

Radiant love with this color.

Just make it into a picture frame.

Visualize looking at this color,

Looking at this picture frame.

And with your index finger,

Write an intention on this picture frame.

Write an intention of something that you need in your life.

Writing that intention on your picture frame.

Once you write it,

Just take a stare,

Take a gaze at it.

Allow it to soak into your body.

Soak into your heart.

Soak into your mind.

Soak into your spirit.

This intention here.

When you're ready,

Shrink this picture frame into tiny postage stamp.

Has your intention on it to tiny postage stamp.

See it,

Visualize it.

And place that postage stamp in your pocket.

Just knowing you can always come back to your intention throughout your day,

Throughout the week,

Throughout this waxing moon cycle.

Knowing you can always come back,

You can always grab that postage stamp,

Make it into a picture frame so you can see it bigger.

An intention is there for you.

Take an inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale,

Release it side out.

Again,

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale,

Release it side out.

Wherever you're at,

Slowly make your way to an easy seat.

So if you're already there,

Awesome.

If you're laying on your back,

Just come up to easy seat,

Your legs crossed,

Spine straight,

Chin parallel to your mat.

Move forward.

Just bringing the hands to heart center here.

Just knowing that intention is already in process,

It's already out to the universe,

It's already working its magic,

It's already manifesting.
