Namaste.
Once you have made yourself comfortable,
I would like to invite you to gently close your eyes.
Take three deep,
Full,
Nourishing breaths in through your nostrils and exhale out from your mouth.
And what that will do is just shift you from operating from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system.
And each time you breathe in,
Allow your breath to open space within you.
And each time you exhale,
Allow yourself to release anything that you don't need to carry in this moment.
With each breath,
Soften a little more,
Whether it's the space behind your eyes,
Soften your jaw,
Maybe a slight smile,
And the space around your heart.
Now,
I'd like to invite you to begin to imagine that there is a version of you who is already whole,
Already free,
And already deeply aligned.
This version of you is not far away.
It is already within you,
Waiting with quiet patience,
Ready to be remembered.
Let that presence come to the surface.
And now,
From this quiet inner place,
Allow these reflections to arise gently,
With curiosity,
And without rushing for answers.
Who am I when I am most alive?
Who am I when I am most alive?
Most true and most whole.
Remember that you want to answer these questions as the first thing that comes to your mind,
Rather than logically thinking about it.
What would it be like to be free,
Luminous,
And deeply aligned with my soul's purpose?
What would my days feel like?
What would I let go of?
Who in history do I admire?
And how did they act?
So what qualities do they embody that I long to imbibe?
Who do I know,
Past or present,
Who feels deeply self-assured and at peace?
What is it about their energy that calms or inspires me?
What would it take to think like this version of me?
What would I stop rehearsing?
What would I begin believing?
Whom do I want to model?
What does their presence feel like in a room?
How do they move through challenges?
How would I be if I were already living this truth?
What would shift in my body,
My words,
And my choices?
What would I say to myself if I were this version of me?
Offer yourself a loving phrase,
A mantra,
Or a whisper of truth.
How would I speak to others if I were changed?
What kind of calm or clarity would flow through my words?
How or who do I want to remind myself to be?
What image,
Word,
Or feeling can anchor me in that remembering?
Let all these reflections settle into your mind,
Into your body,
And into your field of awareness.
Let this space stay with you and let the becoming begin.
Thank your body for taking the time to contemplate these questions so that you can truly map out and become the greatest ideal of yourself.
Namaste.
