Hello friends,
Today I'll be leading us through a balancing meditation focused on helping you tune into your natural energy and giving yourself what you need.
Find yourself in a comfortable position whether that's sitting,
Laying or standing.
Give yourself space to settle in.
Your eyes can be closed or soft allowing your shoulders to fall away from your ears,
Softening the jaw.
Notice if your energy is high or low,
If you're craving more calm or more energy or activation,
I invite you to tune into your breath,
Softening the mind,
Tuning into the breath.
Feel the sensation of the breath through the nostrils,
If you're breathing into your chest or your abdomen,
Letting yourself soften into the breath,
Meeting yourself where you are,
Meet yourself in this moment,
Meeting your breath,
Savoring one inhale and exhale at a time.
If you're feeling really energetic and activated,
Soften and allow yourself to find grounding.
If you're feeling really tired,
Grow tall through your crown.
Either way let your breath come to you.
If you need to you can adjust your balance of breath,
Meeting yourself where you are,
Using your intuition to guide you.
Let your breath settle you or activate you.
If you feel low in energy,
Maybe take a few deep breaths,
Intensify the sensation,
Then allow the breath to become more natural.
Aim your attention if you're feeling really activated into your breath,
Allowing it to flow out of you slowly with your exhale.
Soften your mind,
Letting yourself be and think about what you need.
How do you need to nourish yourself?
Maybe you need a stretch or to do some more breath work or maybe you need to sit with yourself for a little while longer.
Tuning into your energy is so important.
Filling your cup,
Letting yourself rest.
All these things help us be more sustainable and show up more fully for ourselves and others.
Give yourself permission to take up this space for as long as you need but if you're ready to be guided out begin wiggling your fingers and toes,
Maybe rocking your head side to side,
Opening your eyes if they aren't already and send yourself gratitude for this practice.
And have a great rest of your day.
