Welcome to this intuition session.
Today I'm going to guide you into a receptive state,
So you can connect to and receive guidance from your own intuition.
If you have any sacred objects or any object that's meaningful for you that you want to bring into your space,
You're very welcome to do that.
You don't need to,
But it can be nice to create that container for yourself as we go into this intuition session today.
I believe so strongly that you have a very,
Very prominent intuition.
You have a strong intuition,
And sometimes you're awareness might lean away from it.
Your awareness might become woven into chattering of the mind,
Lots of thinking,
Lots of doing.
So your awareness might lean away from your intuition,
But your intuition itself doesn't go anywhere.
If this is your first time meditating with me,
Welcome.
It's so nice to connect with you.
My name is Victoria Bauman,
And this is the work that I do.
I help you to remember the truth of who you are.
And sometimes we can have some pretty big forgettings.
We can have some pretty big forgettings in our system.
So a lot of the work that I do is around healing these obstacles to us remembering who we truly are.
With that,
I invite you to close down your eyes,
Taking a few breaths in and out with your eyes closed,
Feeling all of your awareness come into this present moment.
Nothing else needs your attention right now.
Feeling the external world outside of you fully softening.
Feeling your mental activity fully softening.
Any thoughts around needing to do something.
Any thoughts around the future,
Letting them all soften.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling all of your awareness,
All of your attention,
Come right here into this present moment.
And feeling your spine strong and straight and alert.
With this straight spine,
You're signifying your own dignity,
That you have your own sovereign intuition and that you are ready to connect into it today.
Feeling your spine strong and straight.
And also simultaneously,
Feeling your body soft and relaxed.
If you feel any tension in your belly,
Just taking a few breaths where you let your belly fully relax.
Feeling softness in your body.
In this way,
You're signaling that there's no problem here.
There's nothing to fix.
There's just openness,
Safety,
Beauty and curiosity.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling your spine straight and tall.
And feeling your body soft and relaxed.
Now we're going to take 10 breaths.
And on each exhale,
Inviting you into softening.
Every exhale,
Feeling yourself softening.
Inhaling one.
And softening.
Inhaling two.
Inhaling three.
Feeling your whole body soften.
Inhaling four.
Feeling your mind soften.
Inhaling five.
Softening even more.
Inhaling six.
Feeling how safe it is to just let tension go.
Feeling your body in an open and receptive state.
Inhaling seven.
Your whole system soft.
Inhaling eight.
And softening.
Inhaling nine.
Feeling how safe it is to connect and open in this way.
And inhaling ten.
Just taking note of how you feel here.
There's no pressure that you should feel a certain way.
This is just you knowing you.
And you being in touch with you.
How are you feeling here?
Noting if your system feels soft and open and receptive.
Or noting if there's any holding anywhere.
Any tension anywhere.
If you note any specific place with some tension or holding.
Just bringing your awareness to that part of your body or to that part of your being.
And giving that part of you permission to let go.
Saying you too get to let go.
You too get to be in softness and openness.
Feeling your energy body glowing here.
You're glowing in connection.
You're glowing in vitality.
You're glowing in receptivity.
Feeling your whole energy body open and alive and glowing.
Now I'm going to say some words of truth.
And I invite you to receive these words of truth into your system.
Affirming your own sovereign connection to yourself even more.
I am connected to my intuition.
Breathing in and out and feeling these words.
I am connected to my intuition.
My intuition is strong and active.
Breathing in these words,
Feeling them land in you.
My intuition is strong and active.
Feeling the solidity of this and the safety of this.
I trust my intuition.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
I trust my intuition.
And as you're receiving these words of truth,
If you feel any resistance anywhere in your body,
Taking a few breaths in and out to that specific part of your body.
Letting your whole system attune to these truths.
I trust my intuition.
Feeling the safety of this.
Feeling the rootedness of this.
My intuition is safe and guides my life wonderfully.
Taking a full breath in and out.
My intuition is safe and guides my life wonderfully.
Clearing any beliefs that you may have held around your intuition not being safe.
Clearing any ties that you might have had to leading your life from external cues rather than internal cues that are aligned for you.
Clearing all of that and feeling this truth.
My intuition is safe and guides my life wonderfully.
Feeling not only the safety of this but the beauty of this.
And receiving these final words here.
My true self is always guiding me.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling this truth land fully in your body.
Feeling that your true self isn't something separate from you that you need to earn connection to.
Feeling the knowing that your true self is here.
Your true self is you.
Your true self is here and always guiding you.
And we're going to take 10 more breaths here.
With each exhale feeling yourself opening into receptivity even more.
Whatever that's feeling like in your body right now.
A gentleness.
An openness.

Breathing your natural breath.
Feeling your breath coming in.
And feeling your breath going out.
As you open to receive guidance from your own intuition.
There's no right or wrong.
There's no clipboard of expectations.
There's just a space of possibility.
For you.
And your beautiful life.
Continuing to breathe in and out.
Just seeing what wants to come through.
Feeling the benevolence of your intuition.
Your intuition wants you to walk your highest path.
A path of beauty.
A path that is fully yours.
And letting yourself receive information.
In whatever way it's coming through for you right now.
You might be receiving visuals.
You might have a cognitive knowing coming through.
Or you might be receiving information in other ways.
Through your other senses.
Letting yourself receive the information however it wants to come through for you.
Continuing to hold your specific question in your awareness.
Or continuing to hold your intention to receive what guidance wants to come through.
Feeling your whole energy field glowing.
And vibrant.
Connected to your true self.
Feeling yourself rooted and anchored.
As you connect to your intuition.
You are grounded and safe.
Feeling your spine strong and straight.
Feeling your own sense of power here.
Yes,
You are connected to your true self.
Yes,
You get to lead your life from your inner guidance.
From your heart.
From what feels right and true for you.

Before taking in stimulation from your outer world again.
Breathing in.
Really noting what your inner voice has revealed to you today.
When you feel ready,

And as you open your eyes,
Feeling this connection to your intuition remain.
It is tethered here.
Even when you take in sensory information from the space around you.
Your inner tether is always here.
Feeling that for yourself as you transition into outer awareness.
Noting what came through for you in that meditation.
Maybe you felt a very strong sense of intuition and it was very clear for you.
If that's the case,
Amazing.
Go into your day and live that fully.
That's very exciting.
If you felt information coming through but you weren't sure if it was your intuition or if it was your mind mimicking your intuition.
I completely understand that.
I went through a period in my life several years ago that was very difficult for me.
Because I was hearing that it was important to listen to my intuition.
Yet I didn't know what my intuition sounded like.
And my mind was mimicking my intuition,
Guiding me in different ways.
And when I realized that it had been my mind,
I felt betrayed by my own intuition.
And that led me to feel even more disconnected from myself.
So if you're feeling that sense of confusion of,
Is this my mind speaking or is it my intuition?
I completely understand.
And when I was experiencing that,
I went on a very very deep inner journey.
Learning the cues that tell us definitively when it is our intuition speaking and when it is our mind speaking.
And once I had learned this,
I realized that it was very simple information.
Very simple foundational cues that you can learn very easily about how your intuition speaks versus how your mind speaks.
