This meditation guides you to experience a pastel sunset at the beach with those you love. It then invites you to fully relax as you prepare to drift to sleep. The music is binaural at 4hz to support your relaxation, layered with the sound of gentle ocean waves. Inspired by a recent trip to the beach with friends under the stars, and my childhood growing up by the beach in Haiti.

You're on the beach and the sun has just gone down,

You're surrounded by the people you love,

You've all just had the most magnificent day,

You have smiles on your faces,

Your whole body feels content,

Like every one of your cells is smiling,

The sky is painted with soft pink,

Blue and purple,

There's a gentle mist in the air softening everything around you to a gentle pastel hue,

The stars come out and you feel the wonder of another day being alive on this earth,

A shooting star jets across the sky,

What magic this life is,

You give hugs to those you love,

Feeling the richness and depth in their hugs,

One by one as you hug them,

Feeling how much they love you and how much you love them.

It's now time to retire to bed,

Time for your body to rest and restore itself,

In preparation for another day of wonder,

You climb into bed and as you lay down you feel your body relax,

It's ready to fully restore itself,

A gentle night breeze blows over you and you can feel the freshness of the night air nourishing your body as you begin to transition into sleep,

Listening to the sound of the waves,

Breathing in and breathing out,

You've done everything you wanted to do today,

There is nothing more to do,

You feel your mind softening,

You feel your thoughts slowing down,

There is nothing more to think,

Your mind is slowing down and completely softening,

Your body is healthy and nourished,

It has everything it needs to completely restore as you sleep,

Your body feels safe,

It has nothing to hold,

It feels soft,

Open and completely relaxed,

Your forehead feels relaxed,

Your jaw,

Mouth and lips feel relaxed,

Your neck feels relaxed,

Your shoulders feel relaxed,

Your chest feels relaxed,

Your belly feels relaxed,

Your legs feel relaxed,

Your feet feel relaxed,

Even your toes feel relaxed,

Listening to the sound of the waves,

Breathing in and breathing out,

You feel held in a bubble of love and safety as you transition towards sleep,

Every aspect of you resting and restoring and regenerating,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your whole system is held in this bubble of love and safety as you rest now,

You are safe,

You are loved,

You can let go and drift off to sleep.
